I've been going to this post office for over 16 years now and many of the original people have still continue to work here. They are courteous and kind and very professional and I wouldn't prefer to go anywhere else”

“I absolutely love qwik pack and ship. I had been going for years. But this last visit really blew my mind. I shipped a package later to see it was the wrong address. I called just before closing, to explain what happened. The young man was quick to respond and track my package to get returned.He was able to do just that, but for the next day. The next day, sherry called informing that they had in fact received it and was ready for the right address. After completing, she sent me the label via personal. They went above and beyond as far as I'm concerned. . Qwik, efficient and friendly. I will continue to deal with them. Great people.”

“My 13 year old son ordered shoes online, and he somehow put the wrong street number and name, but had the correct city, state, and zip ? Shoes were coming from across the world and made it to the local FedEx warehouse. We received a call and a text that it couldn't be delivered. I called, and they said I could pick up at the warehouse. I was concerned bc my son has a different name than me and only had a school ID, but they were able to verify both our identities/addresses and release the package vs sending it all the way back. The gentleman working was super chill - very kind and patient, and we were helped immediately.”

“I had a little mishap with informed delivery (not recommended for the paranoid waiting for mail) and contacted Medford post office a bit in a state of alarm. They handled it better than I could’ve asked for and were more than helpful even taking extra steps to ensure I felt at ease with certain mailings being delivered. Just want to say thanks again for the continued follow up, and even the phone call return after operating hours, and understanding, especially from the postmaster Stephanie! Very happy with this towns postal service and their responsiveness. Not so much with the informed delivery which has nothing to do with them ?”

Although every employee I've interacted with greets me with a welcoming smile, Tara being one that comes to mind, during my last two visits, David stands out like a beacon of friendliness. His enthusiasm to help me along with his knowledge for what he does left an incredibly positive impression. Both of my interactions with David were like this , which to me shows his dedication to customer satisfaction is indeed genuine. I wish more of my daily experiences could be this way in my daily life, however at least I know I'll be treated with kindness and care when I come to this Staples.”
