I called to check on part availability. I was told my part was out of stock. So I Asked the employee for the part number so maybe I could drive to a different location with the part number and I could get in and out. Nope , Napa employee was rude and told me he wasn’t giving me the part number because that wasn’t beneficial to him and that I was going to his competitor, where him and his store would loose money/transaction.

Called early on a Saturday and drove down to pick up the parts that Frank held aside for me! Genuinely nice people that know car stuff can be confusing but make it easier to navigate! Big shout out to Frank, dude made me laugh, I’ll be buying all my parts here!

I called a few other parts stores only to be put on Hold?? Call NAPA and the Person answered and was willing to Help find the Parts I needed and offered me a Military Discount (showing my I.D.) before buying the part!Great Help and the Part worked like a Dream!
