“Amazing work. Problem solved the issue and found a way to fix instead of having to replace the entire system for over $5k. Clean work, great communication. Also learned a great lesson to wipe clean the seals and never open it in winter when it could be slightly frozen. Highly recommend!!”

“After getting into my first car accident in over a decade a little over a month ago, I was so stressed and I had no idea where to turn. Insurance agencies try to push u into choosing to partner w their specific shops but I felt so clueless about which body shop to pick (esp since in my own experience, as well as many of my friends’, insurance companies in this area seem to team w the worst/lowest rated body shops that end up keeping your car for months and months b/c the insurance company pays them as soon as they submit their final claim work up). But, working w Dan and the entire team at Phoenix was an amazing experience. Obv no one wants their car in the shop but Dan made it as painless as possible. Esp when it came time to dealing w my ins so I didn’t have to. I had truly forgotten how much I loved my car and it looks legitimately brand new. I am beyond happy w how everything was fixed! “First timer here! Being it was my first accident I wasn’t sure what to expect but I knew I was stressed lol. I called to make an appointment and the girl on the phone was just an angel, I wish I got her name but she made me feel better just by how kind she was. Give the girl a raise Caliber she’s great! My appointment was set with Amy I’m not sure of her exact title but she went over all my damage and handles the insurance estimates. Amy was great! She should get a raise also. She knows her stuff, and again spoke to me with kindness and empathy with what I was going through. After the appointment I was met by Enterprise and taken to get my rental which was all set up by the girls at Caliber. Seamless, fast, and was updated every few days about the progress. Enrique (sorry if that’s spelled wrong was also great!) great customer service. Give them all a raise Caliber because you have a great group of employees! Thank you all”

“I recently had the privilege of having an inconsiderate driver damage my car by breaking the passenger sideview mirror and run off like a frightened child without leaving a contact number. I’m guessing it was a very petite individual driving a monster SUV. You know the ones who can’t see over the steering wheel.Regardless, the mirror needed to be fixed. I wanted to get a number of estimates to see what might be a reasonable cost. I choose 4 auto-body repair facilities, all within a half mile of each other along the Rt. 130 corridor in Burlington Twp., NJ.It was a great experience as well as a cautionary tale that I could relay to anyone reading this review.Shop #1 gave me an estimate of $1,500; this included replacing the glass mirror, cowl, paint the cowl and blend the passenger door to match the cowl. Now I’m thinking I might have to get my insurance company involved, which I was not expecting. Shop #2 - CARSTAR - wanted $50 to give me an estimate. WHAT??? Why? “Some people aren’t serious about getting the repair.” Well, slap my head and give CARSTAR a really bad review. Shop #3 - replace the entire mechanism - remove and replace the entire mirror apparatus, paint and blend the passenger door, front quarter panel and the cowl of the mirror to match the rest of the car. This shop came in at $2,800. Now I’m thinking the $1,500 estimate is looking reasonable.Lee’s Autobody was Shop #4. Mr. Lee looked at the broken mirror, determined that the mechanism to move the mirror was working perfectly, so that didn’t need to be replaced. Just need to replace the glass mirror, replace cowl, paint and blend the new cowl. $350. My eyes lit up. I’ve found my man!! All through the process I found Mr. Lee to be forthright and honest; going out of his way to assure me that the job could be done quickly. I entrusted my car to Lee’s Auto-body and had my car back in 2 days. Mr. Lee completed the work to my complete satisfaction. As a bonus, he popped out a dent in the rear quarter panel, AT NO CHARGE!!! The work he performed was to my satisfaction, his prices were reasonable and his honesty and personality were exceptional. I would highly recommend Lee’s Auto-body as your first stop should you need auto-body repair. From my experience, you will not be disappointed. Thumbs UP to LEE’S AUTO-BODY. Thank you Mr. Lee.”
