I went into this bank branch to get a new debit card. I was very impressed with how nice and pleasant the staff was. I waited less than five minutes and a woman named Christine came out to help with my request. She was extremely friendly and so helpful! She was so kind and It felt as if I had known her for years. I highly recommend this branch for any of your banking needs.

Horrible experience 01/05/24Veronica and Shameyn assumed why I had a ripped $20 before even listening to me that I received it from there ATM the night before and a PNC rep asked me to bring it back so of course I'm going to get upset that you don't listen to the issue before jumping to conclusions then want to try and refuse service when I get upset never going to this branch again and thinking about closing my acct with PNC!

I love this PNC bank location, it is the best! The manager Jim is really nice and the banker who is Christie has a great personality and really tries to help her customers. Bravo PNC.....

I was very impressed by the light hearted approach the branch manager took when I was stressed and was having an issue another branch would not help me to solve. The manager was assisting a teller, the teller I was at signaled him we had an issue. He came right over explained the rules of why the other branch ran into difficulties and asked if I would be patient for a few minutes while he did an over ride! He fixed it in 3 mins! Wow! The other branch had me ready to take my money and walk! With humor, kindness, and professionalism he made my month!

Utterly disgusting the way the bank treated non customers and customers alike.went there to close my account and was informed that if closed within 90 days there would be a $25 charge.when I told them I had been a customer for 5 months,it suddenly changed to 6 months.also a gentleman was written a check for $7,and the teller felt it was ok to charge $20 to cash it?not my kind of bank.

Literally the worst bank chain of pnc I have ever been to. I wrote a check of 40.00 out to My mom, who has banked with pnc for over 20 years. The check was deposited and the drive thru teller put it through for 400.00 instead of 40. THAT IS A HUGE MISTAKE. I went into pnc bank to have it corrected and they told me there was nothing I could do and I would have to wait WEEKS to have the dispute go through in order to get my money back. The manager wouldn't speak to me after asking several times to talk to him and the entire pnc staff is rude and always have an attitude no matter when you go. The 400$ was then taken out of my account and pnc bank did nothing to resolve the issue. They need new employees all around at this location. Staff needs to be able to recognize their mistakes and when it comes to people's money you can't make mistakes and add 0's. Absolutely ridiculous.

I just sat in drive thru for 15 minutes. After hitting call button numerous times I go inside. I ask what's the problem with drive thru. Teller says oh it hasn't been working since yesterday. I said you think a sign would help customers? She said we are not allowed to put up signs. So I guess customers just sit and repeat what I did. Yes the red light was lit but I was there before opening time. So I thought maybe they're late.

Got Super Service from Lauren today. She was very helpful in getting me a new checking account. She went above and beyond by staying past closing to complete the transaction. This help me choose PNC as my Bank going forward. I would say Ask for Lauren if your going in there and you know your going to have the top notch customer service!
