Like the convience of being a 24 hr store, however I'm a 7month pregnant woman that had common pregnancy issues and Doctor referred an over the counter medicine so I go to this store and I ask a associate for help which he did but they also has some at the front desk where an associate name Michelle just was, so the associate that was helping me asked her if there was any original there Michelle response was she's not sure and she not going back to look either! With no discretion or nothing ....Honey if you don't like your job Quit!! There's plenty of people that'll do their and love it

Some of the nicest most competent people at a convenience store. Obviously, there are certain issues they can't solve, like helping you transfer your iPhone photos from the cloud to the machine or helping when the ATM won't deposit money, but they are angels when it comes to handling negative interactions that stem from those types of issues. It's out of their hands, yet they are so nice when explaining what you can do to resolve the problem. A store can only be great if it's got wonderful employees and this store's got them!

Another CVS store that needs to be Closed Permanently. Store employees are rude and act like snobs. I hope CVS closes this store along with many others. Worthless bunch of egotistical morons.

I went in tonight to pick up some children’s Motrin because children’s Tylenol wasn’t getting my daughters fever down enough. I had a $2 off coupon on my cvs card that expires tonight but it wasn’t working on self checkout. A lady employee came up asking if I needed help, so I explained the situation. She said she didn’t know why it wasn’t working but she could ring me up. Then when it didn’t work with her she said she couldn’t do anything if it wasn’t coming up. I just wanted to get the medicine home to my daughter so I didn’t do anything else like ask to speak to the manager.
The receipt said I was helped by Joan but it wasn’t any help. As an employee in retail I know given the evidence I had I would’ve taken $2 off. I’m not sure if she really couldn’t but I wasted my time going to her when she didn’t do anything.

Terrible place. Do not go there. The red or orange hair woman should be fired immediately one of the rudest people ever time for her to go! Needs to learn how to be human! She's a awful person.

Tyler is by far the rudest person I’ve encountered in a long time. I came in to use the atm and my money was not dispersed. I’m in the process of making a police report and he is refusing to provide the general store managers info or a way to get in contact with them. He was walking away from me, huffing and puffing and you would think during a serious matter as such he would show customer service in a positive manner. He states he is the manager and Lorrie is never in. If you want respect I would not recommend this store or going to him for anything. His attitude is poor and to treat people like that is wrong.

If you're looking to pay above market price for things, have the associates lie to your face and refuse to help you, and then get the cops called on you for "potential shoplifting" this is the store for you. May just be overnight, but apparently a 10 minute shopping trip is grounds for 2 cop cars.

0/10 recommend. If I could give 0 zero stars, I would. Please save your time and energy and go to a different pharmacy. You come in waiting for a prescription and they’ll take 30 minutes to fill it (when there’s 5 people working) and then they won’t even tell you when it’s ready. The employee didn’t even apologize when I asked her why I wasn’t told that my prescription was done 20 minutes ago. Horrible service + rude employee.

Store is neat and clean but the pharmacy itself is always out of stock, difficult to communicate with and even harder to receive decent timely help and care. Avoid at all costs if possible. There is a walgreens across the street and another CVS 5 minutes down the road on Kings.
