“Facility work perfect respectable atmosphere while waiting when I got my car back, you could not tell that it was damaged in anyway so to anyone that has a problem dent go to this facility and they will take very good care of you. I have been there quite a few times myself, and I have never been disappointed. It’s a thumbs up for me. experts on site no exactly what they’re doing the right paint the whole sculpture of not leaving a trace of a dent. This is a very good shop.”

“Two words come to mind when I think of the folks at Ludlow Auto - kind and efficient. A few months ago, I came in to get a broken mirror looked at. I wasn’t able to return to get it fixed right away, but when I called to reschedule months later, the staff remembered me and was able to get me in the next day. Each time I’ve been in the shop everyone has been personable and knowledgeable, helping me to understand the issues and carefully walking me step by step through the work they’re doing. “I had a minor repair and state inspection here a couple years ago, which was fantastic. I left them a 5 star review then as well. We moved about 45 min away, so haven’t been back since, but after calling half a dozen auto places for my current needs (new tires), and getting runaround and attitude, I called AOK again and Tim was SO nice and upfront and quick about everything. I’m going to have to keep coming back into the city for my auto needs - they are that 1% honest mechanic you’re looking for!!”

“This is the 2nd time I have used Caliber Collision in Haddon Township, NJ for body repair on my 2020 Nissan Altima, in the last few years. This time they had to replace my front bumper due to my granddaughter unfortunately hitting a parked car. Anyway, Caliber once again did an amazing job, and completed the work within a week. After repair, they also detail your car and have it returned to you as if it is brand new. They are a great body shop and their costs are very competitive compared to other body shops. This is especially helpful when paying out of pocket since I didn’t go through my insurance company, because I lent my car to my grandchild. They are an excellent repair shop, and Carmen, Dianne and Brandon are great people to work with and do an awesome job representing Caliber Collision.”

My car had been hit and Tom gave me an estimate and dealt with all the insurance without me needing to get involved. He kept me informed about the progress and even had me take my car to a dealer for an issue that he couldn’t fix. He paid the bill from the dealer and told me not to worry about it, that he would submit it to insurance. They are honest and reliable, and offer affordable prices.

He explained that there was a way he could save me substantial dollars over what he felt his competitors would charge, and Pete proved this to be 100% correct.

“I am absolutely satisfied with the service my husband and I received for our new Kia Sorento. Somehow my husband blew the cap off the passenger mirror along with the mirror. My husband was quoted to paint a new mirror cap and place the mirror back on. They promised that everything would be ready for repairs next day, and sure enough, they called next day saying they were ready to get the mirror cap and mirror back on. We just stopped by today (few days later) and they were very welcoming and had everything done within 20 minutes. I look forward to having business with them again.Service: Painting”
