I am absolutely satisfied with the service my husband and I received for our new Kia Sorento. Somehow my husband blew the cap off the passenger mirror along with the mirror. My husband was quoted to paint a new mirror cap and place the mirror back on. They promised that everything would be ready for repairs next day, and sure enough, they called next day saying they were ready to get the mirror cap and mirror back on. We just stopped by today (few days later) and they were very welcoming and had everything done within 20 minutes. I look forward to having business with them again.Service: Painting

After today, I would take all of my auto body work to this shop. I pulled in about to run out of gas. My gauge said I had 24 miles left but after being stuck in bumper to bumper traffic on 42 my car started to sputtered. I pulled off the highway and afraid I would not make it to a gas station I pulled into Bert's. They were so polite and kind and happy to help me. They took time from their busy day, gave me a gallon of gas and directions to the closest station. They refused to take any money and said something to the effect of we are just doing the right thing.... That's what we are about here. They won my auto body business in the future. I interacted with 3 people - all 3 so kind and helpful to a stranger off the street. What could have been one of my worst days turned into one of my best.

I am beyond pleased with the work that was done on my vehicle. I got clipped on the Highway and had a nice amount of damage done to the right side of my back bumper. They repaired the bumper and it looks even better than before than it did when I purchased the car a few months ago. It only took them a week, I would most definitely recommend them and come back for any other work I may need done.Services: Painting
