Went here for wipers and mistakenly grabbed the wrong size (opened packaging). The manager was cool, he got me the right wipers and exchanged them with no issues.

I was extremely satisfied with the help I received at this AutoZone. Vanessa and Khalil were wonderful with assisting me install new windshield wipers on both the front and back of my Ford escape. They went out of their way to figure out the issues, and were so nice to deal with. I left with a big smile on my face. Thank you!

Customer service was nice but they are grossly overpriced. $60 for a pair of wiper blades for my Civic. Left and ordered the same ones on Amazon for slightly over a quarter of the price.. $15.99 for both, arrived in 24 hours. Bonus is I learned that it's so easy to install them myself.
