The woman at the cash register is unpleasant, unkind and rude. The equipment is old and my car went through the dryers with soap still on my car. When I asked them to hose the area off, they simply refused. Zero customer service.

Third time there second time I specifically ask nicely please make sure that you do the wheels because they haven’t been getting done when I come here nor you don’t vacuum properly the inside of the car they put a scratch on my car. It’s just about still brand new and Water got all inside my car. They didn’t put the window up and soap, but they didn’t even wipe it off. They left it there and they trim around the bottom. The rubber for seal on my door got pulled. The plug got literally pulled out and it was hanging when they told me that my car was done. I talked to the lady at the cashier about prior problems she didn’t seem interested . Tell me there might be guys at the end. She don’t know the guys there today I walked down. Yes they were there today. They just didn’t want to be bothered nor they do anything as I spoke with people outside. I am told that they don’t do anything about it so kindly asked you to go somewhere else cheap labor, and understandably they do get tired so complaining is w owner!!!!

I selected the ultra car wash. I'm not impressed with the out come. My vechile was still dirty and the vacuumed job sucked. When they hand dried and washed windows they only did the front windshield no other windows were washed. When I questioned them about that they just looked at me and walked away. I will not be using this carwash again.
