The very first time we went to D+J was to get a second quote on our Explorer Transmission; it was slipping” quite badly, impossible to drive above 30mph.I was quoted $3000 for transmission with 80k (explorer had 100k) and $4800 new.D+J called 4 hours after we dropped off and said truck was fixed. Apparently, a “switch” or more other “plug” had become dislodged and the guys simply plugged it in.They didn’t want to take any money, but earned our business for life. Our transmission now has 130K on it and running as smooth as the day Danny proved there are good guys left in the world.!Services: Check engine light diagnostic”
“Staff was friendly, the service was done relatively quickly since I had multiple jobs, and it didn’t cost as much as other places. The gentleman at the desk applied a coupon for today’s services and gave me another for my next visit. There wasn’t grease left behind on my steering wheel like other places sometimes leave, either. “All apologies about the lack of compressed air. The nozzle on the hose has worn out and leaks. The fitting has become seized on the hose end requiring the entire hose to be replaced and due to supply chain restrictions a replacement is not available. However a generous Certified Mechanic who wishes to remain nameless has donated their portable air compressor for Conoco customers to use between 14:00 thru 21:15 Monday thru Sunday”

“The managers at the location were excellent to deal with. Unfortunately there was a computer issue (no fault of Mt. Ephraim Firestone) which held up check-out about 20 minutes longer than expected. Also, when I was ready to drive away on my new tires I noticed a couple of screws and an old razor blade laying on the ground in front of my car, so I would just recommend that someone periodically checks the parking lot for debris as it is in rough shape.”

“Bill, Kenny, and Lawrence are the greatest mechanics ! They are very personable and friendly and really do a great job! I’ve been coming here for a while now and I never have any issues with the work that they do…. They do a great job and they do what they say needs to be done on your car. A lot of times with other places … they charge me and then come to find out they didn’t even do what they said needed to be done… also I love the fact in the shop you can sit in their waiting room and see thru the glass that they are working properly and efficiently on your car! Their prices are reasonable considering this inflation we are all going thru… I am a very satisfied customer!”
