1. The hours of operation on Google are incorrect; they're not open on Saturdays.
2. They lost our package. When I checked the tracking during the days leading up to the expected delivery date, I was surprised to see that it said "delivered." It was most definitely NOT delivered. Maybe it was delivered to someone, but definitely not to me. There was a timestamp on it too, so I was able to look back on our security camera footage and the mailman didn't even visit us that day.
I went through the whole process of creating a service request and *I* had to keep calling *them* for updates... even though I was told I'd hear back within 1 business day. I lost track of how many times I called them for updates, and all I ever heard was, "someone's working on your case and will get back to you ASAP."
Someone from this post office FINALLY called me. They asked for more information, then told me they'd follow up internally and call me back in 2 days. Nothing. I called on the 3rd day and had to leave my information for them to call me back. Never heard back from them.

Don’t understand why the postal carrier cannot put my own in my own mailboxes. My mail ends up with the other tenants who have had to give to me. On top of it, I don’t see time sensitive mail when I need to see it. I’ve complained before but the supervisor at this location acts like they have nothing to do with it. On several occasions, I’ve had package missing that were to be delivered by usps. Another argument the supervisor gave me. Stated they didn’t have the package to deliver when, in fact, I was staring at an email that stated otherwise. I have no choice but to file charges against the carrier and supervisor for missing mail/packages. My lawyer now has to get involved as well

this post office has on numerous occasions (including yesterday) 'delivered/at mailbox' -- yet the package has went missing. i have lockboxes in my development -- there is no WAY a package can get lost unless a) the post-person doesn't actually put it in the mailbox b) they put it in THE WRONG mailbox or c) they physically lose my item.
since we can no longer call the post office locations DIRECTLY -- i have spent the last hour and a half on hold trying to get in touch with SOMEONE to find out where the heck this post office put my mail/package (now for a 3rd time).
and people wonder why we are shying away from USPS?

Same complaint as Paul G. Packages/mail marked delivered when they are not, us getting other neighbors important mail (medications, Medicare documents, etc.) Falls on deaf ears if you go to complain. Very frustrating to deal with.

This is the best post office in Morris County. The folks who work there are always helpful.

Even it's one minute before 5, I expect the door to be open. If you are going to lock it beforehand, then change the posted hours. Stop wasting our time!
