“Outstanding assistance with buying a new computer and setting it up so that it was plug and play when I got home. Great technical staff at this venue as well as two good store managers. There were two items that should have been brought to my attention when the features of the computer were discussed. One the unit did not have a disc drive and two the mouse and keyboard were not wireless. I still would have purchased the computer, but those items were surprises.”

She provided excellent service and possessed the knowledge to make sure our package arrived at the time we needed it to. And at the best possible price. We were quoted as having to spend almost $200, to have the same delivery service done by FedEx. We spent nowhere near that, and our package is expected to be there exactly when we want it to. “It's no secret, in the last 3 years, there have been a lot of changes within the Post Office (to put it one way). However, when mistakes have happened, the Long Valley Post Office has been so helpful, understanding, and professional. They managed to get a package sent to a different Washington rerouted and delivered to me 2 days later. Just now, I checked the tracking for one of my packages, and they managed to get it out for delivery today, minutes after it arrived at the hub. You guys are great! Keep up the awesome work!”

“I use this FedEx all the time for work, I bring in large, heavy and bulky shipments, hundreds of desk phones, network equipment etc, being shipped back to warehouses around the country. I've never had an issue and I've alway gotten great help with everything. I can use any FedEx on my route to and from jobs but I make sure to use this one because I know the job will be done right with no hassle or problems.”
