This is a very nice hotel in a very conveniently located area. There are several restaurants within an easy walk, and right behind the hotel there's a trail system for those who, like me, prefer a bit of quiet time away from the hustle and bustle of the traffic.The rooms are spacious and very clean, there were at least eight built-in USB ports for plugging in various devices, and plenty of good lighting. The shower was strong and worked perfectly.

We had some things we enjoyed, such as the breakfast variety, the clean space, housekeeping, the location, and how comfortable the rooms were. Alcohol can’t be delivered on site, which was a bummer but we could live.All went well until the last day of our stay. Because there was a wedding, the guests were OBNOXIOUSLY loud until 3 in the morning across the hallway. We had to travel home the next day and we could not even sleep. As a result, staff offered a discount but instead I got charged $200+ after multiple attempts to return my money.And mind you, this is not the only time I had an issue with payment. Booking processed my payment in advance before checking in, but the night shift lady wanted to charge me again despite me showing them that my card was charged. I’m disputing all these charges with my bank and I do not trust staff with my money anymore.

A hotel and rooms are fine. Stopped here while in town for work. I just wish the breakfast would start earlier than 7 AM on the weekend…

Stayed here November 8th for one night. The woman who checked me in, I believe Urmi was the name, was an absolute nightmare, who lied to me several times, and refused to give me the managers name I still haven’t been able to contact the manager, because whenever I call there seems to be some issue, ironically the people I talk to when I call kinda sound just like her, same accent, so go figure.

My room had a cigarette smell. One of the front desk clerks was terrible.The service was bad. The front desk when I checked in was solid, but the day after that it was an old lady that had trouble hearing. She was watching TV in the back instead of being at the front desk.My room key stopped working twice, so that sucked. Breakfast was good. I would still try some other hotel nearby.

My room here was wonderful; it was very well suited for business with a nice desk and good WiFi, everything in brand new condition with lots of space and a clean big bed. Breakfast was great, and they have other business amenities like conference rooms. There were nice trails in the woods behind the motel around a bog, nothing fancy but easy hiking for short breaks. I liked the motel so much I stayed an extra day just to wrap up some work online and get well rested before ending a cross country trip a bit further east.I did discover the motel’s rate was actually better direct from the front desk than from all the online booking services, which isn’t usually the case.

Clean hotel; White linens on beds; Queen suite has 2 queen beds & couch (which pulls out); bathroom has enough room for 2 people to stand at the mirror; we had 4 adults & we had enough room for 4 suitcases & our other stuff & be able to move around; mini fridge, microwave, & coffee maker; lobby has coffee & hot water, tea bags, & honey all the time; free breakfast has eggs, yogurts, bacon or sausage, cinnamon rolls, pancake maker plus more; plenty of free parking; Cracker Barrel & Moe's Modern Food are right next door (walk), plus many other nearby restaurants(The Roxbury Diner, The Blackbarn...). Although there is a coffee table, there is also a small table that pulls up to the couch.Rooms: See aboveWalkability: 2 restaurants next door; walkable, like 1 minute.Food & drinks: See above

I was very happy with my stay. Breakfast was okay, but it was standard holiday inn complimentary breakfast. The room was clean and the staff was friendly. My favorite part was the curtain in the room blocked out all the light. The room was dark, and the bed was comfy. It was one of the best nights of sleep I've had in a hotel.

This hotel surpassed my expectations! Front desk Ms. Tess goes above and beyond. She is knowledgeable, personable and helpful in every way. The rooms are nice and clean and have no bad smells that are common in most hotels. Breakfast is well attended too! Staff are helpful and personable as well. Everything is clean and neat. 24hr coffee available. My husband, sister and nephew all agree, we would stay here again.

This is a VERY nice hotel. The area is very nice. The hotel is well maintained, modern, rooms were spotless. Best mattress and feather pillows I have slept on in a LONG time. The desk help and breakfast crew were friendly, professional, and made our stay very relaxing. I give this hotel my highest recommendation.

It's a decent room but maybe not for the money. Our TV didn't work at first and the curtains were difficult to close all the way. We had to use the hanger clip so no sun in morning. It was called a King suite. But it was one big room with a king bed and a couch. They should build a wall to separate room from couch. Very difficult to understand one of the front desk personnel on phone. A rate for wedding guests was actually higher then the internet rate by 10%. No frills items in bath room. Just 3 bottles in shower for shampoo conditioner and body wash. No soap etc. Good shower and towels. Breakfast is questionable. All pre made items. They shut down at 10 am but 945 the kitchen person was turning off heaters warmers etc. Asked for something and was told closing up. y 10 05 or so the food area was closed completely with sliding doors. Nice hotel with a few dining options within walking distance. The rooms are in great shape and the staff is friendly. The continental breakfast is good and is similar to other Holiday Inn Express hotels.
