Spoke with Mario today. He was pleasant, understanding of my concern, & took care of it right away. We’ve been with this company for roughly five years & they’ve been fine. Prompt pick up & clear about the scheduling.

The company has been great. If there is a snow storm they don’t pick up. I called x2 and was told we will b there. Never showed up. Disappointing. I’m a loyal customer.

I am new to the area and wasn’t sure why the cardboard was getting picked up. I finally called and the person on the phone was so nice, offered an explanation, and even sent someone back out to take the cardboard even though I said it could wait until next pick up. That is great service.
