Amazing service, owner Dee goes out of her way to provide everything we want. Even if she’s out of stock she’ll text me the second she gets it back in stock! Love her and this place has 20yrs on anyone else!

Usually I've had a great experience with the owners/elders work staff but just today it took everything in my maturity not to pull this young staff member over the counter. He really needs customer service training and the store is starting to be black-balled. CT

Staff has ALWAYS been rude to me when trying to place delivery orders. I have had terrible service over more times than not.They are unaccommodating when they are out of something and unprofessional on the phone. Terrible way to run a business

No. Stopped by to see what they had. Sinuses clamped shut. The place is so filthy, smell awful, like it hasn't been cleaned in fifty years. Prices were terrible. Selection was weird. I don't know that I would trust the wine to be good at all. Attendant was screaming into cell phone the entire time. I left without buying anything. Felt like I needed a shower after being in this place.

I just walked in to ask the man at the register a question and he was rude. First of all he tried to ignore me when I first walked in, immediately turned away when approached the counter (The store was empty btw). I I didn't realize he was on the phone, but it didn't seem like a work call cause it was on bluetooth and not a landline. He could've politely excused himself but instead started gesturing me to leave and mouthed "closed". First of all it's 3:30 on a Tueday and your door is open. You're clearly not closed. Just rude and unprofessional.
