We regularly visit this branch and always have a great experience. The staff is polite and helpful with any questions. This Saturday, we opened joint accounts, and I want to express my gratitude to Guido Mejia. He was very friendly and professional, clearly explaining all the opportunities and offers according to our need.

Called them 8 times in a day, since they never picked up. No, they never picked up despite it being during normal business hours and I called them at different times. I'm finally at the location, just waiting and waiting to see if their \"manager could help me.\" I am trying to open an account to take advantage of the promo they sent me, not looking for someone to solve climate issues or the world's hunger problem. I made it this far, but debating whether I should up and leave. The worst service ever. If you can go anywhere else, go somewhere else. If you need to come in, don't.after waiting and waiting, the \"manager,\" the dude that's been just hanging came over to tell me they didn't have a banker available. Thanks for waiting my time

Defunct Wells Fargo branch - another one..This branch will no longer be available upon Dec. 4. Really it was no longer available today! The place was strewn with trash and candy wrappers. The tellers looked like card sharks. My teller said: "This branch has no money". Like, no joke. This Wells Fargo branch had no change, no bills.Sleaze-o operation. F*** 'em!rating: 2

If you do go to this Wells Fargo Branch you must stay away from Seth. I was beyond dissatisfied and could not believe what happened to me. I recently visited this branch at 87 Ridgedale Avenue in Morristown, NJ. To make a long story short, he ran my credit when I had repeatedly (at least 10 times) told him that I did not want him to run my credit because I did not want another inquiry on my credit report. I was already having my credit card upgraded and there was no reason for him to run my credit at all, I explained all of this to him. He told me he was not running my credit and just essentially expediting the upgrade process. I was so thankful that I have the TransUnion app on my phone to monitor my credit or else I would not have known that he DID in fact run my credit without my permission. Because Seth ran my credit without my consent, I am now unable to get a different credit card I was planning to get because there is an additional inquiry showing on my Experian. This man (Seth) does not even know the difference between a soft inquiry and a hard pull in regards to checking/monitoring your credit (soft) or actually running your credit (hard). I cannot believe someone like this actually works at a bank, be careful if you go there!
