I’d like to thank Teddy for his exceptional customer service and being a very kind person. He is very thoughtful. Each time I am in the store, I noticed he treats everyone like a good friend, and handles everyone kindly, and patiently!!! I’d give more then 5 stars if it was possible. He’s definitely someone I aspire to be more like, in my own interactions.

I really hate writing bad reviews, but this Walgreens needs assistance badly. I went to fill a script at 8:30 pm for my son and waited for over an hour. The staff was kind and polite, there was just not enough of them to accommodate the long line of customers waiting. When I left around 9:30, half an hour after they were supposed to be closed, there was still a long line of people. It's not fair to these workers to put them in this position.

Ever since rite aid closed down next door and I had to have my prescriptions done at this Walgreens it’s had been absolute hell. Don’t bother trying to call you will be on hold for over an hour and maybe never even get your call picked up. So I have to go to the store every month to just ask for my prescriptions to be filled and then wait days for them to
Maybe be ready. Then when asking about why I can never get through on a call I get attitude saying walks in customers have to come before calls so apparently you’ll just never get a phone call answer if people are waiting on line AND when you go there to wait on line you’re in line for about 45-75 min at least. Today was the last straw to me making 5 calls to them at different times of the day and never an answer and each time on hold over 1.5 hours before I just hung up and decided to go there and tell them to please send my information to a different pharmacy because I never want to deal with them ever again.

Very poor customer service from a middle aged female POC on 5/7 around lunch time. I ordered my medication early for travel 2 DAYS ago. I received a email notification that my insurance will not cover it, which is fine. I am willing to pay so I requested to be filled.
The pharmacy never filled it and the attendant had the audacity to give me an attitude about it!

Got a message my script was ready, when I arrived the pharmacist said they never received scripts from doctor. Called doctor and they said yes it was sent in. Don’t rely on his team to fill your scripts. Don’t even try to call, you wait for 15 min, they finally pick up and hang up on you. Their process is broken, they need someone to fix it. I’m embarrassed for them it’s so bad. Moving all my needs to CVS.

The store is understaffed like all pharmacies are, however, the staff that they do have are wonderful, friendly, and very helpful. I want to give a special shout out to John. He is always very helpful and friendly. Thanks, John!

Called to cancel a script for my son. The PHARMACY STAFF is HORRENDOUS!!!! I sat on hold for over 45 minutes only for the person I spoke with kept saying/typing my son’s last name incorrectly. This is totally unacceptable and ridiculous!!! Since they have taken over rite aid’s customers, the wait times waiting to pick up a script or getting anyone on the phone is outrageous!! This is why over a year ago, I started using another pharmacy. Hire more staff to accommodate your customers!!!

I got my fiancé medicine because is he feeling under the weather and they had a large amount of exprired items sitting on the shelf. Unfortunately this is not my first bad experience at this location, they don’t seem to have it together

Stand in pharmacy line for 30+ minutes just to be told you’ll have to wait longer. Prescriptions should have been ready upon arrival seeing as they were sent 8 hours before arrival. Every single time we come here. Ridiculous.

Stay away from this place. Employees stink and look terrible. Photo department never works, pharmacy is so freaking slow, and there’s dust everywhere I go. please close this place down and bring something else there
