They literally skimped me 2 months in a row on my prescription. I thought I was nuts but no, they literally were 7 pills short 2 months in a row. They're actually complete trash of a pharmacy.

Although the line for the pharmacy can get slightly long, it moves along. Aside from that the store is very clean and well stocked and the pharmacy is well organized.

No matter how long I wait on the phone I can’t get anyone from the pharmacy on the line to ask my questions so I’ll be taking my business to a different pharmacy.

This place is the worst pharmacy. If you care for your health and medication run away from this place .1 constantly changing staff , they never have your medicine.2 never understand what u need .3 refuse to give you the med .4 rude5 imposible to comunícate because of language barrier .6 they will give you an uncompleted bottle ( count your pills before walk away )After month of being patient about this place I must speak up for me and othersIf i could do -5 stars I will .

While staff are mostly friendly, the pharmacy is not well managed. Errors are not uncommon. Most recently, the pharmacy erroneously cancelled my prescription after it was filled and awaiting pick up. Almost no accountability taken and little concern expressed for the lapse in my medication that this error caused. I will be changing pharmacies.

one star is too much for Walgreens in Morristown....absolutely AWFUL Customer service.....rude pharmacist..lack of urgency and concern for customers...waited 40 minutes to be told they hadn't processed the order from the day before...waited another 15 minutes to then be given the wrong prescription! I then transferred all my prescriptions to another phamacy....scary experience!

I work in customer service, so I never do this, but I was so taken aback by the lack of urgency and customer service at this Walgreens, that I felt it necessary to warn others. After waiting in line for about 15mins, I was told that my child's prescription was not ready and I needed to wait 10mins on the side, which was absolutely fine. But after 50 mins of waiting, and watching the lines get longer and people getting more and more agitated and complaining, I decided to ask the rep how much longer I would have to wait. She informed me that the pharmacist was just getting to it. When I finally got the medication, it seemed she couldn't work the pin pad, couldn't understand the system and was so confused when filling the information in for my child who is a minor. On top of all of this, they started searching for another prescription and after 5mins she realised it wasn't even for me and I was waiting on a different prescription that didn't even belong to me. I understand staffing issues and mistakes, but at this point, it felt like incompetency. Apparently I wasn't the only one that felt this way, as within the hour it seemed as if they were continuously getting complaints. They are clearly understaffed and overwhelmed and with Riteaid closing, I can only assume it's going to get worse

It's by my house so that's why I go, it's super overpriced , there's barely anyone ever checking anyone out maybe 2 people. And always a huge line. People at the pharmacy are generally rude and don't care with the exception of a couple . Just go next store I guess

I am loyal to Walgreens because of my Midwest roots but more because a pharmacist once lent me money for insulin when my card would not work. That said, they are crowded--have taken on too many functions, difficult to reach, bombard you with emails and texts. A single visit can be a degree of hell. That said, you CAN find very competent pharmacists and technicians. You stick with that store. It's taken me 3 years to train them at my store--I am a heavy consumer. I will continue to use the Ledgewood store even though I have moved 20 miles away. Parsippany is horrifying. Wharton is iffy.

Typical over priced NJ drug store. I wish there were more Targets in NJ to crush places like this. Pharmacy is always a long wait no matter the day or time. And if you want photos printed that wait is even worse. Employees have a bad attitude and are incredibly slow.

This pharmacy is very busy, staff is more busy chit chatting. My prescriptions just got transferred from local Acme to this Wallgreens. Every time I pick up my prescriptions they have something missing. Wait time is 20 mntS to half hour. I will not recommend this pharmacy at all. It's very bad.

worst pharmacy ever. waiting a week now for my refills...if medicare didn't require we use them I would go somewhere/anywhere else. I just might do that anyway and pay a little extra just to get my prescription's in a timely manner. I sure miss Rite Aid.
