My phone was not charging correctly. I walked into Verizon and Andrew Giasi helped me right away. He cleaned my whole phone and charging port. I eventually will need a new phone and I definitely will be going back to Andrew.

I stopped into this store a couple of times but left because there were too many people waiting, so I made an appointment which i would recommend. . I was considering an upgraded phone and knew which one I wanted to look at. Daniel showed me all the features I was interested in and I was sold. There was no pressure and he was very patient with the entire process. While there, I also witnessed his coworker helping a customer who walked in with a new phone. This employee spent an enormous amount of time patiently helping the elderly man navigate his phone.

beware...this place is a rip off. spent over 500 dollars in cash to "upgrade" my phone. and I'm still financing my new phone for 36 months (1500 dollars.) went back today and was give the run around. left with no reduction in fees, again for stuff I could have done myself for free. they charge you a lot of money in "set up" fees...(over 100 dollars) for stuff you can do yourself for free, including shipping back your old phone. was convinced that I had to buy a new charget. already had one so didn't need another one.

I recently had an emergency/stolen phone while I was out of town. I immediately went to this store upon my return home and the representative, Andrew, could not have been more helpful. He was a pleasure to deal with under very stressful circumstances and he made the process of replacing my phone much easier than I imagined it would be....Thank you Andrew for your help! (PS- the trainee in the store was also very pleasant and knowledgable)
