Cheaper price than you can find at Autoland Toyota, and you can talk to the guys about their recommendations for different parts or oils. Very useful

Went there to buy a car. Nobody spoke to me for awhile. Walked out. Cars are $50,000 and they ignore their customers? Don't bother.

Engine light lit up. On driving in, the service agent checked the fuel cap and noticed it was loose, most likely triggering warning. Saved me money and time. Note that these new high throughput gas stations in NJ may leave gas caps loose.

Money hungry salesmen. skips the part of showing customers vehicles and go straight into "how much money you willing to spend?" the entire conversation is "how much money this..., how much money that...". Save your money go to another Toyota dealership. Very low inventory.

They sold me a used vehicle with a blown transmission without disclosing that issue prior to the sale of the vehicle and would not take it back. Just a shame that people can't do the right thing and are so greedy.

I've only been in here for Toyota parts and I've had a really positive experience. The people are nice and friendly and fast. Definitely recommend ordering online and picking up in store to save a few bucks tho!

I cannot recommend Toyota of Morristown dealership enough! My Sales Rep, Sean Sweeney, did an excellent job working with me from start to finish. He made the process of locating and purchasing my new Sienna very enjoyable. With our busy schedules, Sean was able to both communicate status and also keep me and my husband on the same page by answering all of our questions. Sean outlined what to expect and he was spot on with each step. Everyone from the Service Team, Sales (Sean) and Finance department were welcoming and super informative. We love our new Toyota Sienna and feel confident with our purchase of the extended warranty as well! Thanks so much to Sean and everyone else at Toyota of Morristown who assisted in our purchase!

I've leased 2 Highlanders from this dealership. I honestly think they are the BEST!! The dealership itself is pristine and beautiful. The people at the front desk actually have smiles on their faces and acknowledge you the moment you walk in. The sales associates are extremely knowledgeable and professional and I never feel like I'm being pressured into anything. And then there is the service department which is by far superior to any other service department in NJ. Trust me, I've been to most of them. I can't say enough good things about Toyota of Morristown.

The service was bad, it took them 3.5h to do a basic inspection and the oil change, despite having the service scheduled 2 weeks prior.Besides the high cost of this operation, the estimated prices for additional repairs were double the prices of a regular garage. But something hard to believe happened when I arrived at home, after servicing the car: I received an email asking me to provide them my feedback. When I tried to click on 1, 2 or 3 stars, I got misdirected to a "dealer not found" page. However when I tried to click on 4 or 5 stars, I got correctly directed to the dealer rating website. This is a highly deceiving practice, blocking the intent to leave negative reviews, while allowing only the positive ones to go through. This is not and error. It's intentional, and it can be verified by analyzing the code embedded in the email body.Don't trust a company attempting to fake its rating in such a shameful way!

I was surprised when I went there for a regular oil change for my Sienna twice. Each time The moment I pulled in I was told I need new tires. First time I had to tell the lady my van doesn't even have 15K miles on it and she then started back tracking and saying this must be the sensors that read the tire wear. Any ways, once you lose trust it is hard to go back.

I didn't buy my two Toyotas here but they are the closest dealer so I went there for a service appointment and parts. The folks I dealt with could not have been more helpful. The parts manager gave me information I needed to ensure me I was ordering the right parts. Sorry, I did not get his name but he was professional and knowledgeable. Jared at the service desk was amazing. Friendly, focused, quick to schedule my appointment and filled with options for vehicle drop off and pickup including a ride home AND a pickup to come back and get my Toyota. Wow is all I can say. I ran customer support teams for many years and always hired for customer service skills, I knew I could train for technical knowledge but I learned that you can't teach empathy, loving being helpful and the most important talent, follow through. Jared hit all his marks! Sometimes simple things like making things easier for clients to get help and advice tells me that there is a good leadership team at the top. I'm impressed and when I shop for a new Toyota, I'll start here.

I bought and overpaid one Toyota Highlander from this dealership and they used every trick in the book. Unfortunately for me, I fell for a couple of them. I'll share some of them here with the hope that they will clean up their approach and that others don't fall for the same tricks..First, it is impossible to get an "out the door" price from the salesperson. You will waste an hour or more haggling with sales, only to be shaken once again by their Finance Manager. By the way, notice how their salesperson will always introduce their Finance Manager as a serious and full of integrity when he is in fact the biggest moneymaker in the entire building. His only mission in life is to stick you, to guilt you into buying more features, packages and things you do not need. Fear is a wonderful weapon and Toyota of Morristown knows how to use it..The price of the car you negotiate with the sales person and the one their Finance person will show you will be drastically different. Finance guy will act all surprised when you question him about it. It's all a farce they have thoroughly rehearsed and finetuned. Do not fall for it and simply call them on it one by one..My humble advice to anyone who ventures to go into this business:.1 - Research the car you want and the approx. price BEFORE you walk into that dealership. There are tons of free websites that can help you do that. (Toyota of Morristown uses their own valuation which they call "Black Book". This is something they concocted themselves and will never show you how they generate it. In other words, this is not "Kelly's Blue Book" or NADA or CarFax. Do not let them push you into believing theirs is the official source for pricing. Bring your printouts and show it to them. If they are inflexible, get up and walk away.2 - If you can procure financing from your own bank, do so and bring that printout preapproval to the dealer. They'll pressure you to use their dealers because they will make money on the loan itself with their banks. If you are paying cash DO NOT MENTION this. The salesperson will find quick and ingratiating ways to get you to answer how you will be paying and whether you will trade "that nice Subaru you just drove in" but just indicate that you want XYZ car and would like to get an "out the door" quote. At this point you are looking for pricing information and you'll need to go home and discuss it with your partner, wife, girlfriend, boss, neighbor, dog (whatever)3 - Stick to your plan and be prepared to walk away. 4 - Once you sit down with the salesperson, do not discuss how you are going to pay for the car or if you are going to trade your old car or not. Just indicate that you want XYZ car and would like to get an "out the door" quote. Do not say you want to pay no more than $500 per month. Just negotiate the "out the door" price for the car.5 - Go to lunch and return in the afternoon, or better yet, come back the next morning. Allow yourself a couple of hours to think about this big purchase OUTSIDE the confines of the dealership where everything is designed to make you hate your old car and desire a new car. Share the numbers with someone you trust, someone who is NOT in love with that car and can give you honest feedback.6 - When you return to the dealership, you can ask them to put your loan through their system to see what their banks will offer you. Compare their offerings with your own preapproval and decide whose terms are better. Remember that the Finance guy is there to bring profits to the dealership. If you go with their loan, he will add other lines and other fees. He is not there to help you and despite his tie and nice suit, his objective is to "take you down" and have you buy all the add-ons he is paid to add on to contracts. If their financing is better, take it but ask them to remove all their other add-ons..I was treated so poorly at that place that I will never go back but if you need to, just be aware of all their tricks and have a

Our service rep was Mia O'Brien (she gets A++) she was so helpful, friendly & went above & beyond normal service assistance. We were home so she called to inform what needed to be done, but also suggested she would send an email so we could visually see all work that needed to be done. This was so helpful. Thank you Mia & Toyota of Morristown for hiring such a great representative, she will keep us coming back.
