Horrible Horrible Horrible. Rooms are dated and probably designed in 1988 or earlier. The carpets also appear to be that way as well. Rooms HVAC system is horrendous, showed up on a 20°F day and had to run the AC because the room was pumped with dry hest continuously and not thermostaticallt controlled which by the way sounded like an old chevy running on one cylinder. Was so hot I had to open a window and sleep that way to cool it down.. Will Not Return. This place is old and dated and should be imploded like an old Las Vegas Casino.

This Westin has some cool historical vibes to it with very well appointed and clean rooms. As other reviewers state it lacks service of a full service hotel, and the Bonvoy elite breakfast is a joke here, I went with the points and just did breakfast out of pocket. There’s not even an executive lounge.

This hotel is more like a run down motel. There is no service or staff.I arrived at 10:30pm after a long day of travel to find that there is no bell staff at all. I had to haul my three bags by myself to my room. Really? A Westin with no bell staff to provide luggage assistance?I get to my room to find the mini fridge is not working.Next morning, I head down to get the Platinum Elite Continental breakfast to go. A stale bagel. 4 pieces of over ripe green melon and they charged me an extra $6 to get a latte!The walls are paper thin and for whatever reason, they clustered all 5 guests that were in the hotel into one corner of the 5th floor. So when someone decided to take a shower at 2:14am, it sounded like the flood gates had opened in my room and I was awakened from a sound sleep.There were other annoying things that kept happening, too many to go into here.On the morning when I was checking out, I called service express and asked for help to get my luggage downstairs. Once again, I was told that they had no staff to help with this. I asked if someone can deliver a luggage cart to my room and was told no.Don't stay here. I paid $305 per night when taxes and fees are added. I could've had a better experience at a Motel 6.Rooms: Old and need renovation. Paper thin walls.Food & drinks: Go elsewhere for the Platinum Elite Continental breakfast.

We reserved the room block for our wedding at the Westin Governor Morris and both bridal parties got ready at the hotel. We worked with Charday and Christina from the beginning and they made a normally hectic time so easy for us. They were responsive, we were able to book a breakfast the following morning (which was fantastic), always kept us up to date on the room block and got us everything we needed to do early on in the process. Day of, we were able to check in early to the presidential suite (which was HUGE and well stocked) and the junior suite which was just as nice. Both doormen, Anthony and another gentleman who's name I do not recall were incredibly helpful as was the front desk manager and his team. I would HIGHLY recommend this hotel to book for your room block, or just to even stay in. Everyone was quite impressed. Thank you for helping make our wedding weekend that much better!

Great place and great rooms. Large dining/bar area but place is way over priced and nothing around. No gas stations, other restaurants, or any convenient stores. If you go there you will get whatever the hotel offers and it's extremely

Bed was super comfortable. Other things in the room were kind of inconvenient: bathroom sink had a tiny counter, closet bar was so low you could only hang shirts, not a dress or pants.

Came here as a quick stay while visiting the birthing center down the block. Had a room available on a day when they had 5 weddings going on and still accommodated all my requests.

Not much of anything nearby but the rooms were clean and the beds comfy. I did move rooms bc the elevator sound made the first room shake and the staff were great at getting me switched up. Would go back!

Overall nice hotel but not to what they hype it to be. Disappointed Staff friendly but hard to get their attention at times. Nice bar but when 11:00 PM rolls around they push you out into the lobby. Room was ok. Beds comfortable but the A/C unit could have worked better. Room was rather warmRooms: Carpets are stained. Peeling wallpaper in bathroomFood & drinks: Don’t expect to stay late at the bar. 11pm and the push everyone out. You have to go to the lobby if you want to continue any socializing.

The room needed updating. The bathroom door was broken it wouldn't stay closed and when I was in there I couldn't get out. The slide on the floor was broken. The bathroom was extremely small and not big enough for 2 people to get ready at the same time. The staff was friendly, but we had our do not disturb sign on and housekeeping was knocking on our door. My husband opened the door, and the women asked if we were checking out late? He asked if check out was at 11:00 as we thought it was, and she said yes. It's 11:00 my husband said it's only 9:45. I just got out of the shower when there was a knock at the door. Was just so weird. Who knocks before 11:00 with a do not disturb sign? Other than the bathroom and the door and the housekeeping staff trying to get it all done, everything else was great.

Serena helped us check in at the front desk last Friday, 9/1/2023. She was awesome. Very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. She was calm and friendly. I wish she checked me into every hotel.

Very disappointed with the service of a luxury hotel. We requested an early check-in which took more than 2 hours to finally get the room and it was 45 min past normal check-in. Management was not around when asked multiple times, due to this delay. I understand there was a big wedding party but seemed to me the hotel was understaffed to meet the needs of others who also made reservations the same night.

This place is what one should expect, very posh and comfortable and we were impressed by how attentive the staff is. Restaurant is incredible! Lovely-cute art around. Would love to stay there again.

the "blue morel" restaurant is decent. staff is nice and generally thoughtful and that bumps this hotel to 2 stars. the hotel is very outdated. from the rooms to the gym to the elevators it feels like you're transported back to the early 2000s, maybe even the 90s. i am not recommending, unless it's convenient to stay there.
