What a great experience we had. The team at TPS went above and beyond to help us out. They put together the perfect set of fixtures for our new bathroom and made sure we could get all the stuff we needed. I very rarely leave reviews, but this is the place to go

Went in to replace a piece to my faucet. The part is called an airator. I was charged $40 for a $3 piece anywhere else. I called and spoke to the manager who was very rude and refused a refund. Even when my Husband got on the phone the manager absolutely refused. Don’t shop here unless you like paying more than ten times the price something should be

I walked in, explained my situation with a leaky faucet. The gentleman at the counter showed me my options and offered a few referrals for plumbers who could help install it if I found that I couldn't. The quality of the part they gave me is far better than Home Depot options, much nicer looking and very reasonably priced. I have had no issues with the part (it has been in for over a year)

Best - and only - plumbing supply store in Morristown, TPS moved from Spring Street to the industrial park on Ridgedale in 2014, find them in the old napa building. Big open showroom, they set me up with a slightly unusual PVC tee and trap right quick, no problems. But their prices seemed a bit high compared to what I've been paying for PVC parts. Anyhow, they're open Saturdays which just might save me this weekend :)
