“There are a lot to choose from. It took me a long time to decide what I wanted. Mostly because there are so many choices. The store seems well organized. The shoes on display had the boxes of different sizes right under them. I was surprised they didn't get all shuffled up. They had my size for almost every type of shoe. My size is 10 or 10 and 1/2. I ended up buying two pairs because there were different kinds I wanted. One was a moccasin and the other was a Slip-On walking shoe. They had a sale to get the second one at 50% off. Plus I signed up for a free membership and got 10% off.”

“I always wondered what Macys Backstage was. They have some really nice dresses for women as well as cute clothes for kids. They had good sales going this weekend. Good value for your money. The service was good too. Check out this section of Macy's if you haven't already. I wish every Macys store had a Backstage section.”

“This the second pair of shoes that were sent that didn't fit. Went to local store in Short Hills Mall and was helped by the Assistant Store Manager - Stephon Hammond. He was extremely apologetic, even though it was not his fault, but the fault of their warehouse / Fulfillment Center down South. I would buy in this store because of Stephon. He is a model employee that if I owned a business, I would want Stephon working on my team. He exemplifies excellent qualities especially people skills, which unfortunately, many get wrong. “Excellent inventory and exceptional customer service. My father has very wide feet and foot swelling due to health issues and Walk Well was able to accommodate him because they have larger sizes in stock including size 15 EEE. Over the course of 2 hours my father tried on over 20 pairs of shoes before he finally chose one and the salesman was so patient and gracious with him the entire time. We will definitely be back.”
“Great customer service at the Anthropologie store in SH Mall.I recently came in to look for an item that was not in the store and was told that they'd place the order for me to arrive by mail, but because I ordered it through the store, there would be no shipping charge.They have many nice things in the store. The style isn't exactly what I'm used to wearing, but every once in a while there will be an item that I'll purchase that will look phenomenal & I'll get a lot of compliments for.However, their home goods are really great - nice variety, good quaity & nice colours.”

They didn’t quite fit as expected but I was able to exchange them for the sizes that fit me best thanks to Kathy. She knew every detail of every shoe and really took the time to make sure I was happy with my purchases. I will definitely be returning for a pair of boots soon!”

“This is THE place for running shoes in NJ. Joe and his staff are running shoe savants. I remember the first time I came in, as a novice runner, over 10 years ago, and showed Joe the shoes I was running in. He looked at them examined the wear pattern, and said, "These are great shoes! You should never wear them again!" The thing about running shoes these days are most of them are good; the trick is to find the one that is good for YOU. Joe and his staff are great at that. They do gait analysis, look at shoe wear patterns, ask about what running (or other activities) you do, and make excellent recommendations. Are they right 100% of the time? Well, maybe 95% of the time. But the two times in more than 10 years that I've bought shoes that didn't seem right, they just took them back and swapped them out, no issue with the 15 or so miles of "test running" I had on them, full refund, help you find shoes that work better. And if they don't have it, they'll order it. I know everyone thinks they can get a better deal online, but you really can't with Sneaker Factory. Their prices are competitive, but even if you pay a bit more, you are getting all their knowledge and expertise, their no questions asked returns for shoes that don't work out, and you become part of the local running community that they support. One of my very favorite local businesses to support!”
