Customer for life! I took a previous vehicle to Shade Tree, and they were consistently amazing! The diagnoses of prior issues were always on point and I never left there feeling scammed or short changed. The biggest mistake that I made was shifting my loyalty to the dealership when I got my F150. After having a miserable experience, involving 3 separate trips to the dealership for a still undiagnosed wobble, I came to my senses, called Shade Tree, and within a 20 minute test ride that they took, the issue was pinpointed and subsequently addressed. Save yourself time and aggravation and DO NOT overlook this hidden gem in Morristown!

It's always a pleasure bringing my cars in. The environment is welcoming and everyone is friendly and incredibly helpful. I know that they will be fair and honest. I've tried dealerships and other recommendations in town, but Shade Tree is my Garage from now on.

I wouldn’t go here for an inspection…. Failed me because my check engine light was on but then couldn’t tell me the problem with it?? Said I just had to keep driving it around…

Took my car in for routine servicing today and really enjoyed the experience. Matt and Julisa were courteous and professional, and it was easy to communicate via phone and text. The pricing was fair and reasonable. I will be back.

We were driving through Morristown on our way from Long Island back home to Syracuse when something broke on the car and we couldn't get all the way home. I called multiple garages in the Morristown area and they were the only ones who agreed to see me that day which was the day after christmas. They fixed the car within hours so we could get home that same day which was amazing. And they were super friendly and helpful and even gave us a loaner to drive around for the day. Since we don't live there we probably won't get to use them again but would highly recommend to anyone in Morristown area!
