Stay away. In the spring of 2018 I asked them to decide what price they thought I should list it for and went with their advice. Then over a period of 10 months they kept coming back to lower the price. I had expected them to know the market and price it right. It sold for $125,000 lower than their initial "expert" opinion. I had listed a piece of land to sell with them as well. They priced that and then had bids that continually disappeared. The only bid I had was one that I found myself. I pulled the listing.

I have been using Real Estate Agent Laurie Behre for years now. She is simply outstanding! Very knowledgeable in regards to all aspects of real estate. She knows a vast area of NJ as well as PA. She is patient, NOT pushy and puts the needs of others before herself. She is honest and will tell you all you need to know about any house you choose to look at. She definitely does her homework! Two thumbs up!

Agents are very knowledgeable about the area. They devote a lot of time to meet your expectations. Office also has a preferred lender for financing your new home purchase.

I had a very positive experience with Prudential realtor Ann Hye--she really knew a lot about the school systems in the area and was definitely helpful.
