Incompetent and ruder tellers who take a long time to process simple transactions. Their strategy is have thugs work there and provide bad service so people don't take out money out which is unethical. The ATM also only dispenses small bills. PNC is a joke of a bank.

Alba Noristz the branch manager purposely withheld my funds from a large deposit because she is discriminatory and unprofessional. While I was making the deposit with the teller she came by us and looked me up and down and the next thing I know as I left the branch the deposit was not even pending. The next day I went to see her . She then proceeded to try to force and threaten me into taking a personal line of credit out with her and told me to have my contractor do the same if we wanted to start the necessary work to my home. while she withheld my money for absolutely no reason.I provided her with several documents and nothing was good enough, she even claims that she wasn’t receiving my emails. The very next morning I called loss prevention who immediately released my funds and said that there was absolutely no reason for the hold. Alba Noristz does not belong working for PNC.

I just left the bank, and everyone was so friendly and helpful! I was greeted at the door and directed to the correct person to help with my banking needs. The teller, Keera, was personable, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to bank with.

Terrible service . Both gentlemen behind counter has no smile , neither a single greeting word to customer and I was the only person waiting inside that particular branch . I usually go to the branch in union who provide much better in customer service . Will come to this one ever again

After waiting 45 days, called to find out my freshman daughter’s credit card application status. 50 minutes on the phone, transferred 5 different person, found out application was expired!No information given by branch or PNC credit dept.Reason for this they cannot verify my address!!I guess, property tax and insurance records, other bank statements showing my address was not sufficient, for long time PNC customer.

My experience at this particular branch has always fallen short of my expectations. To give a bit of background, my apartment building's laundry requires quarters so I usually go to the bank every 2-3 months to get about $20 in quarters. I understand that there's been a coin shortage so I'm not expecting to be able to get $30 or more in quarter rolls at a given time. Recently, I went to this branch location one afternoon to deposit a check along with pick up a roll or two of quarters. I was told that they were all out of quarters. I asked the teller if they knew when the next coin shipment will be, and he is not helpful at all. He tells me that he's not sure and he doesn't even give any other suggestions for how to get quarters (i.e. pre-ordering the quarter rolls). I left the bank only being able to accomplish 50% of what I went there for. I expect that they would have some quarters and other cash onsite but that is not the case! Needless to say, I will no longer frequent the Morristown PNC bank in the future.

This bank is full of some of the worst employees in the banking business!!! I called ahead to make a larger withdrawal and was told ok let me check and after 21 minutes on hold i was hung up on!!!!! I showed up to the bank and went to the window and was then told twice to be patient after two people next to me made there drive thru transactions and moved on!! I am closing my account with this bank due to the worst customer service I've ever had!!! How is it i cant withdraw my own money!!!!! There legit holding it hostage. I will be calling corporate and making a formal complaint on this!! The new assistant branch manager is amazing tho!! She is helpful and might be the only reason i keep my account with pnc!

Helpful and friendly staff. Never had an issue. It helps that PNC's corporate policies and services are way better than competitors (fees, checks, etc). Once in a while they call to sell me additional services, but always from this local branch that has an idea of who I am and what I need, and not some national call center, so I don't mind so much.

As far the WORSE banking institution i have feal with. The customer service is horrible and the stuff doesn't provide any real help to the customer after you open the account with them..

I paid the bank from overdrawn money from English account but they didn't pay it through!!!
