The level of service was unmatched. The only way they could improve their shop would be welcoming customers with streamers and cake. GO HERE! - EDIT: went back with grinding rear brakes today. Jalill hooked me up right away and, a little more than an hour later, drove off with tight brakes and a new bud. This place rocks!”

I can't say enough good things about ETD Tire Denville. The day before we were set to leave for vacation, I needed to replace an ignition coil. I attempted to do it myself but quickly realized I didn't have the right tools. Despite not having an appointment, Jason dropped everything to help me out. He replaced the part I had purchased and got my car back on the road in no time. The best part? He didn’t even charge for the work! Thanks to Jason, our vacation started on time. I will continue to refer friends and family to ETD Denville—exceptional service like this is hard to find!

“I have brought my car ALL over. From mavis to the dealership I bought my car from. I needed an oil change and didn't have time to set up an appointment at my dealership. I called Jiffy Lube and they said bring it in. There was NO wait. They took my car right in and even brought my carbon filter out so I can see how NASTY it was. Like I said I have brought my car to the dealership where I bought my car from and they overlooked my carbon filter every time. I will be bringing my car here from now on. They are trustworthy which is hard to find now a days! If I could give more than 5 stars I would.”
“Excellent customer service and mechanical work! They saved me THOUSANDS! How you might ask?? Story time! My son jumps in his '14 Ford Fusion (High mileage) and the dashboard is lit up like a Xmas tree. No power steering!I call around to a couple of local shops and they are honest - electric power steering needs a computer reset which they don't have and recommend going to a dealer. So, I went to the Ford dealer near me. Their diagnosis was a whole new steering rack is needed - $3,800!!!!I do some more googling to find Mark's specializes in fords so I call them. They can deal with the computer stuff so I bring it there. They do analysis (sent scan reports!) and discover the wire to the power steering motor was chewed off (rats!)! $500 to fix! Saved me over $3k.Great use of technology for the service. They email estimates with pictures and final bill! All very clear. (Going back to Ford with this info to get my diagnosis fee back!)Service is great (thanks Abbey, Mark and the team!).I really appreciate a well run, local, and competent business!!”

“I really like this place. The owner is friendly and kind, and never tries to up sell. Service is fast and accurate. I've been going here for 10+ years for oil changes, oil / air / cabin filters, and the occasional transmission fluid service. They also have windshield wipers at a reasonable price and install them for free. I've never once been unhappy with the service.”
“As its name says, the place is! Peace of mind regarding your mechanical vehicle needs. You can tell there is a different culture in that place. Other than Jim and Gloria at the front, you can tell the good culture vibe on their technical team as well! My first experience, saw a couple guys from the technical team, they both very polite.

“Was at the East Hanover New Jersey location on Wednesday the 28th. Have been a loyal customer there with both my vehicles for some time. I've also recommended this place to more than a few people. Melissa, my service technician was polite and informative. Then she checked my in cabin filter. It was obviously in bad shape. She then told me they had them there and are $54.99. I looked at her and smiled, and asked why so much? She said it's a special filter. I smiled again and said OK. It was then I knew I was never coming back. Those filters are like 15-20 bucks. Why rip me like that? Yes, I agreed. Then she informed me that there will be a $7.99 extra charge because my vehicle actually holds 6 and a half quarts of oil. I've been to this place many times and have never been told this before. I then tipped her $20 when I left, because I knew it was the jadt time I'd be there. Super disappointed Valvoline.”
