I would like to thank Meghan in the service department at Nielsen Ford Morristown for all of her help on July 9, 2024. From the moment i spoke to a service advisor to make an appointment to when the mechanic finished the repairs it was the best customer service experience i have had a dealership in over 50 years & that includes at dealerships that two relatives have worked at . Every employee that I came in contact with was helpful , cordial & personable . I had a recall taken care of in a timely fashion & when i asked the service advisor to have the mechanic put air in my tire , I was told that there was a nail in the tire . I had them fix the tire. When i thought my SUV repairs were done , i was told it would be a little longer because they were getting my SUV washed ! Ready to pay for my tire repair & was told that my Ford Pass covered it . It was a roasting hot day & I am dealing with a tooth issue so the entire appointment was a pleasant surprise . The waiting room was spacious & comfortable with Vending Machines , a T.V. & more . You will be very happy that you choose this dealership for all your auto needs .

The ease of making the appt and the communication was fabulous. The Technician came to my house to do the repair in my driveway was nice and professional. I would highly recommend Nielsen Ford! Great customer service

I brought my Ford Bronco Sport in for a recall. They fixed it quickly and offered their valet service to bring my cat back to my home since I didn’t have a ride.

Very helpful! They helped me with parring my phone to my car. No charge and it was a lot of work. They also picked up my car for an upgrade. Really nice people. They have my business!!

I scheduled a mobile service for 10am. I was informed at 10:30 that the mobile service wasn’t available for the day and they could pick up and drop off. I informed them I had an appointment to make at 2pm but they insisted the car would be dropped off by 1. They didn’t show up until 2:10 and I had to cancel my appointment and incur a $50 cancelation charge. Misleading service and bad communication. Recommend going elsewhere.

My first service appointment at Nielsen Ford was efficient and well done from beginning to end. Intake is well organized, followed by a chat with my service rep who sent me a text immediately after our chat, letting me know I could reach out to him with questions at any time. Waiting area is extremely comfortable, with good wifi, snacks, coffee/tea, and comfortable seating!I love my new hybrid escape and had and excellent service experience! I even had a visit from Neill, my sales representative who sold my my car, while I was waiting!! Thanks Nelson Ford of Morristown!!

Terrible experience. Plates arrived almost a month after my temporary plates expired, was promised a spare key was going to be mailed to me, and since my car salesman Sergio has ignored my messages when asking questions about it. Wish I got my spare key or at least the money to replace it. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else.
