We took my car there for 2 repairs. We waited on parts and no one got back to us when we can bring it into get fixed. After 4 messages I insisted on speaking with someone new and was told to bring it in. When I brought the car in they said they fixed the engine problem. Within a day of driving my check engine light was on. I brought it back to see if they needed to reset it. They told me that it’s a new engine problem then what was fixed but nothing urgent and it would pass inspection. I took it to inspection and it failed and the inspection indicator said it was the same issue that was supposedly fixed. They said any car with a check engine light in would fail. Either the issue was never fixed or they never reset the code. Either way I drove an hour and 15 minute round trip to inspection only to have my car fail when they told me it would pass inspection. I messaged them today about my concern and have heard nothing. I should have gone with my gut and taken it somewhere else.Service: Engine repair

Thieves, thieves, thieves ! Stay away absolute liars and ConMan. They say whatever you want to hear in order to get you wet and then it’s all white. Offers on trade are 15,000 below what you get outside of this place. What a shame that they sell such a reputable brand, but put such a bad taste in peoples mouth because of how they conduct business. Trust me go to any other dealership!!! Salesman by the name of Eric is the biggest thief and ConMan of all.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO THIS PLACE, my jeep has been there for the past 12 month with a lifetime warranty, no one would call back, no part, back order part, lack of man power they said, service manager “S” and dealer general manager “R. V”, would not call back nor resolve the issued, they think we would just go away. I had to seek legal services and reported the dealer to the business bureau. My car is paid and I paid over 3k for the lifetime warranty. Big dealer and what a disappointment. Hope the owner is aware how their service unit is awful and sees all the reviews and addresses the issues.

At first they were great at helping me out , now I’m going 3 months without my license plate , been trying to call them to get it settled and nobody answers or even care to call back.They told me I can only get 3 temporary tags and here we are on the 3rd one and still they didn’t have enough time to go after my plates .My major concern is that I need the vehicle for daily use therefore I don’t want to drive it with a expired tag and get towed.disappointed!

Sales person was great , I bought oil changes for the life of my loan , BIG!!! Mistake the service department is the worst I’ve ever saw . I left messages to schedule a appointment no call back . It’s like calling the White House. I’m not looking forward to dealing with service department again. BewareServices: Air & cabin filter replacement

Had a wonderful experience at Nielsen. Steve Silverstein could not have been more helpful getting me into my new car. I will be getting all of my cars here from now on and telling my friends to do the same. Great dealership!!!

My car was towed in last week, when i arrived and spoke to the gentleman at the front of service he checked me in and assured me that even though they were busy they we're going to expedite my car since it was unexpected and it should take a week. If i had any questions to call Buster, I've now tried to contact buster 5 times with no resolution l've left multiple voicemails with no return call.Only to be told today that he was busy with another customer but it would probably be another week for my car. Again I asked that he call me when he is free so i can get actual information, still no response. This is extremely frustrating and unprofessional, i feel like I'm being avoided. Now i am put in the situation of having no transportation for my son. Despite my car now needing another week to be serviced I wasn’t offered a loaner or any form of transportation. All i want is for my car to be serviced and the decency of communication. Also if your staff is going to quote an ETA for service to be completed you should at least have an idea of if the quote is accurate. This is not the first time l've had issues with this service department either.Absolutely no communication at all.

Had a great experience bringing my Jeep to this Nielsen location for maintenance! I originally thought I just needed tire alignment and rotation, however the gentleman named Buster at the front called me shortly after to let me know my front tires would need replacing for safety purposes. He assured me my vehicle would still be ready by the promised time and I was not disappointed! They also did a 27 point inspection and took care of any software updates needed free of charge. I will definitely be bringing my Jeep back to Nielsen for any services needed in the future. Thank you guys!
