Tailor ruined my dress! Horrible horrible! Poor communication - Communication is very hard bc they do not speak English. Horrible!! This is a $900 dress that now is garbage - then they blamed me.

Great service and pleasant employees. I've been going since they opened. If it's not done right, they work on it until it's done right. The alterations are good and reasonably priced, Young is an excellent tailor, I call him the magician.

Fine if a little expensive for dry cleaning needs. Insanely expensive for tailoring. I had two smaller tailoring things done on a suit jacket that didn’t really need it and it was supposed to be $70, and that was printed on the ticket, but when I went in they added another $30 because they said they tailored the sleeve slightly and it wasn’t on the ticket. $50 per suit jacket seemed steep to me and if I knew about the extra charge at the end I would’ve just went somewhere else. They’re very nice people, but the bait and switch left a little bit of a sour taste in my mouth so I’m going to find a different cleaner / tailor in the future.
