Excellent service by Eddie. Walked in with elderly parents. We were met with professionalism and kindness despite a long line of customers. The entire staff was kind and helpful asking who was next and what service they needed. Wants one to do more banking at this branch!

I banked with B of A for 30 years. the service has declined steadily to the point I am leaving which is a huge and time consuming undertaking, moving auto pay and multiple family accounts but it's worth it to explore a new banking relationship. My issues finally were long holds on check deposits, including CASHIERS checks ( as much as 7 days!!), and expensive services and fees. The branch in morristown is often jammed and hectic and staff turnover is high resulting in zero client recognition by the bank. I do understand there is a lot of financial fraud but personal relationships with bankers especially if one is a high net worth client are essential and that has become impossible at Bank of America.

Had an appointment for medallion signature verification. Calked the day of to confirm that the person would be there and nobody answered the phone. Showed up for appointment and was told the person wasn't there. No emails or phonecalls to ket me know. They rescheduled the appointment for Monday (4 days later). Brought my business to one of my other bank and they processed it on the spot with no appointment. Time to move my business elsewhere.

Do not use their CC. Since March I've been trying to get through to them with over 1hr wait and dropped calls. Anyway long story short, I got through today after 3 attempts to request late fee removal due to my money coming in slowly because of Covid. I was told they couldn't help me because I was a day late in January. Really? I have 3 CC and every single one has stopped late fees and interest. This is the only card I've had issues with. Users beware, I recommend Amex and Citi. Stay away from BoA.

Teller Ms. Sue Powers at 188 South Street in Morristown, NJ is rude has a nasty attitude. I stopped into the branch to withdraw funds. In a rude tone with a nasty attitude, Ms. Powers told me that next time I needed to call in advance for a large withdrawal. I advised the teller that I did not have to call in advance, as I've made large withdrawals in the past with no issues. She replied in a nasty tone, "well here you do!". The most upsetting aspect of this experience, Ms. Powers was extremely polite to the caucasian elderly female in front of me. I am concerned that Ms. Powers may be treating many of their Hispanic customers as she treated me today.

The entire Bank Of America system and this Branch have about the worst customer service and account management protocols I have ever dealt with. For about 15 years I have had a CD account and a saving account, both trust accounts, both in the same name. Notices about the CD account provide a customer service 800 number and state only the last four digits of the account number. When the 800 number is called they insist on the full account number. Notices about the saving account state the full account number but provide only the local branch customer service number' To transfer funds from the CD trust account to the saving trust account involves multiple phone calls to different numbers, multiple explanations to different people and extraordinary waste of time. The people to whom I spoke seemed inexperienced or disinterested and did not ask the relevant questions After all of that my instructions were ignored, necessitating a personal trip to the Bank and a further unnecessary waste of time..

I was in this location Saturday to have a temporary debit card made due to mine being compromised and used in Hong Kong and all they cared about was selling me a home line of credit and another credit card- very irritating

They are the slowest bank I have ever dealt with. Last time I sat at the drive thru window for 40 minutes with only 3 cars ahead of me. They need more staff or shouldn't offer a drive up window if they can't service it in a timely manner. It is never a fast transaction with this bank branch.

I have been using Bank of America for years and this branch for about 5 years. I am surprised by the couple of reviews. Banking has changed over the past years and BOA had done a good job in keeping up with the changes. This is a busy branch with knowledgable people. It is true that at busy times there might be a short wait but if you look around everyone is helping customers. I am always greeted and various personnel offer assistance. I use this bank for business and personal. I use many of their services, wires, transfers, online banking, safety deposit box, ATM and check cashing. Based on the amount of traffic in the branch and the level of service this is s good branch in Morristown. Even recently I gave someone a check and my writing wasn't 100% clear. Since they knew me, they took the time to call me to verify the check. That level of service was very appreciated.

A total roll of the dice as far as how your experience will go. Some of the tellers come off as rude and do not follow your directions. Very poor customer service. Almost never enough tellers (usually 2 during the lunch rush). One of their bankers lied to my face to try to force me into opening an additional account with them. Pulled all of my accounts from this bank. Would never recommend them to anyone.

Terrible.. They don't even have a main telephone number, nor do they hold foreign currency for travel abroad (Euro's) Don't waste your time with this branch, maybe even this bank!

Bring your business banking elsewhere! I was treated very poorly from this branch as a growing, successful small business owner and here is my story. I went to talk to a banking business specialist today at this location to talk about future line of credit/business loans, business credit cards, and business checking accounts for my growing business, which has grown over 800% in a year and has continued growing every month. I wanted to consider my business banking options since I have 5 other personal accounts with Bank of America and have been a customer for 8 years. I told the rep. how much revenue I was bringing in, and while not millions, it's clear my small business is doing well and is expanding. We had a brief conversation about the various accounts - a little too brief in my opinion - but I figured the agent was busy . Then at the end of the brief conversation, I tried to take the brochure explaining the various three business banking options she discussed, because they contained detailed information about account minimums and fees, etc. and it was clearly a brochure meant for consumer use. The rep. said no, I couldn't have the color brochure, but I could have the two double-sided photocopied papers she'd handed me instead. This handout wasn't even from the same brochure and it was touting an offer expiring December 31, 2011. Today is Jan. 27, 2012. Huh??! Is my business too small to qualify for getting the right to keep a color trifold?! I walked out feeling little incentive to open an account with this branch but thought maybe this rep. was just very busy. I went back to work and later noticed that the photocopied information was very limited and didn't present any of the information discussed from the brochure. Earlier in the conversation I had told the representative that I needed time to consider my options, but was a bit taken aback that no follow-up appointment was suggested...clearly this bank didn't want to bother with my small business needs. To get a business loan from Bank of America, a small business has to bring in a minimum of $250k in revenue, which is a high minimum for a small business, but this was somewhat expected since banks don't give out business loans very readily anymore. However, I hate how this bank is constantly touting they help "small business" on all those t.v. ads. I definitely feel that if I'd lied about my business income, I would have been treated better. This is discrimination. I am most upset that I spent 30 minutes of valuable work time at this meeting, and didn't even get to keep the full brochure with the information the agent discussed with me. I feel I was treated really poorly and it makes me feel strongly that this bank does not care about small business or their long-time customers. Bank of America will be sorry when my business makes millions and I will make it publically known this bank didn't give me the time of day. Every small business owner deserves respect.
