They are way overpriced, and do not stand behind their products. Takes multiple times contacting them to get a response. If a product doesnt work out, they charge an insane "restocking fee" like 30%. Very poor customer service and overall experience. Will never go here again.

I am outside of the store right now ,I was looking to buy kitchen accessories but none of the employees helped me out .I asked one of the gentleman about the kitchen accessories, he started to tell me that they don’t have it and then he said “we have them at the corner (the guy with the earrings).I was also told by him that will be helped in a minute ,while he never came to help me while looking at me from the back if I am still at the store but never came.Since I am a costumer and a month ago I spent $2000 for 2 locks I am declaring that i will not recommend the store in Morristown to anyone.

My contractor recommended that I go to Moe’s to purchase the fixtures for my three bathrooms. I met Gary B and I cannot begin to tell you what a wonderful experience and how easy Gary made it for me to select all of the items needed from sinks, faucets, toilets, bathtub and medicine cabinets. I did my research and Gary made his suggestions on what he thought best for my needs. When I questioned him on his selections, he gave me a detailed explanation on his choices…..and every time I selected what he recommended.As I knew how busy they can get at times I was sure to make an appointment and Gary was on time and never did I feel rushed during our multiple meetings. Once items were ordered, Gary was sure to tell me the correct time for delivery dates. There were no glitches and I am extremely happy to recommend Moe’s not to mention – Gary is one of the most pleasant and best reps I have ever worked with.On a final note I must commend the entire staff – no matter how many times I called every person I spoke with was extremely pleasant and willing to help.

My experience with Moe Distributors has been notably favorable during this challenging pandemic time. We had our bathroom remodeled and secured our plumbing hardware with the help of Phil Doremus of Moe's. From the very start, he provided professional help with our choices and importantly informed us up front of the challenges we were facing because of supply chain difficulties. Phil helped guide us so that we stayed within our budget. When a problem did develop shortly after instillation with some of our items, Phil worked on our behalf with the distributor and manufacturer so that we received prompt and more than fair replacements. Thus, I come away with extremely positive feelings about Moe Distributors. I highly recommend them as a outstanding place for plumbing supplies. Carol and Matt M.

After buying so much material, I am extremely disappointed by the attitude of the staff which has changed for the worse over the last few years. They are not customer service oriented and seem to take for granted every sale, noting that they "have enough business". They also don't have enough staff to help you look around the showroom. I used to be able to recommend but it's hard to at this point.

A fantasy land for the home owner looking for creative ideas. I was at one of the huge home improvement stores looking for cabinet hinges ... I must have spent 30 minutes trying to guess where they kept them. Finally (ahem, I am a male) I asked for directions. The guy I asked, took one look at the hinge I needed (I had a sample) and he sent me here. I walked in, was immediately helped by the counter man. He looked at my sample, said he would check stock and I amused myself walking through a fantasy land of beautifully displayed home goods. My savior came back in a few minutes with a bag of the hinges I needed. The price was about half of a similar hinge at the big depot. Wow! Before you remodel a kitchen or bath, stop in here for inspiration, advice and a world class shopping experience. An example of a shop staffed with professional, helpful and sharp people. Recommended.

We are trying to retrofit antique cabinets with newer hardware. The associates at Moe are knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. We also brought our toddler with us and learned that they are patient and have a sense of humor. We'll come back again and again for the customer service and extensive catalog at Moe.
