I’ve visited this dealership twice and have been thoroughly disappointed both times. On my first visit, the salesperson seemed more interested in assessing whether I was worthy of owning a Mercedes rather than providing good service. As a result, I chose to buy a BMW from a nearby dealership with a far more positive experience.
On my second visit, although the initial test drive with a different salesperson was satisfactory, we were later handed back to the same unhelpful individual from my first visit. This salesperson refused to provide pricing information, claiming that rates were changing the next day and implying that we were not serious buyers. Despite being willing to accommodate price changes, he insisted that his manager wouldn’t approve sharing the prices. When I escalated the issue to the manager, the original salesperson became confrontational, took an excessive amount of time to work on his computer, and eventually disappeared. We waited for 15 minutes without any updates before deciding to leave and never return.
It’s clear that this dealership could benefit from basic customer service training. Customers deserve to be treated with respect and not be subjected to rude and dismissive behavior. It’s a shame, because we might still considered buying a Mercedes, but not from them.

I have brought my vehicle in for the same issue three times and the last time that I brought it in, they want me to pay for the repairs. I chose not to get my vehicle repaired because I have brought my vehicle in for the same issue three times and decided to just pick my vehicle up and please see how they left my vehicle upon pick up.

Service is great as usual, BUT they'll make you sign a form agreeing to a $400+ fee just to look at your car's diagnostics computer. You'll have to pay it if the issue isn't covered under warranty. They charged me this $400+ fee the last time I went in for diagnostics, and they didn't even fix the problem.
If you have the dreaded 10-starts-remaining issue, you'll have to pay the fee since it can only be reset by the dealership. This essentially takes away your right to repair it yourself. It's like they're hijacking your van and forcing you to go to the dealership, if you can even find one nearby.

Horrible Service. I would never use this place ever again. Never treated me like a customer. Car was serviced for body repair and a technician broke window controls. Was quoted $400 to fix even though the technician damaged the controls. I fixed it myself for $32 and 10 minutes of my time. This place does not know the first thing about customer service!

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received at the Mercedes-Benz of Morristown service center. I have brought my car to them at least six times, and they have consistently misdiagnosed the issue. Despite spending over $5,000, the problem remains unresolved.
Additionally, I paid to have all four tires replaced, but they only replaced the front two. The back tires are still balding, which is both unsafe and unacceptable.
This level of service is far below what I would expect from a Mercedes-Benz service center. I do not recommend this location to anyone looking for reliable and professional service.

just came home from Morristown Mercedes Service. a little back story, a few years back I brought my car 2023 S580) into a local car wash (Livingston nj) and my windshield wipers were damaged, when I went in to get them fixed at my local go to (MB of Morristown) my service advisor told me that I should just get it washed there, it's about 15 min or so from my home. So when I'm in the area I get it washed there, about 6-8 times a year as I'm in Florida for the winters I tip the person who checks me in 10 dollars and I call it a day. Ok, so with all of that info, today I'm in the area and I'm on the phone with my mom and I pull in to get my car washed. I pull up to the gentleman who checks you in who I've never met before and I cheerfully asked as I always do, "may I have a car wash." I was asked, what do you mean? I replied that I would like to get a car wash with a puzzled look on my face. He asked me, who is your service advisor? I looked confused I guess replied that I didn't know his name offhand, I thought possibly Neil or Ed? He then said, did you call him and ask? Again, I see where this is going, I replied that no, I didn't call him but pointed to where he sat and I'm not sure if Neil or Ed is even his name. I told him my history with the windshield wipers and that I come every few weeks for an exterior wash. He then told me ,no, no more. I can no longer get my car washed and if I have a problem with it I can call my service advisor. My mom was still on the phone with me listening to this by the way and was appalled at the way I was spoken to. I was stunned and embarrassed. I said to him, are you sure you want to do this because this is where I go for all of my service. He said ma'am this is our policy. I told him if I leave here I will never, ever return for service or anything for that matter. Again, he informed me that this is the policy and he also mentioned that I guess you have to do what you have to do.
Well yes sir, I then left with my tail between my legs, went to my local car wash and crossed my fingers. I will stand by what I told him and never set foot in the place again, my car is up for lease and I surely won't be purchasing my next S580 at MB of morristown either. This is my 7th S class and my 10th Mercedes Benz.
I find it incredible with the competition in this town for service that this is how I was treated. I live in the middle of Caldwell Mercedes and Morristown Mercedes, hopefully they will want my business and wash my car a few times a year.

Deserve 0 stars! Car went in for service and came out with brake light on - turned around immediately and told service advisor. They said they would take a look. Called and said the brake line has a leak and needs to be replaced $4000! We had no brake leak before taking the car to them. They said it was a coincidence - omg - when has anyone had a brake line fail on a car with less than 60000 miles and garage kept. Needless to say we are furious and picked up the car and will be finding a new mechanic. Even after speaking with service manager they didn't want to hear it. We never had a leak on the garage floor until we took the car home - a huge puddle of brake fluid - Either Mercedes is going down the tubes or their service department doesn't know what they are doing! They can deny all they want - they are the ones that caused the brake line to fail! Dishonest and untrustworthy!

Warm, welcoming, efficient. Professional atmosphere. I might return just to visit Troy Pais in Service or those cashiers who make you happy to pay! I loved my experience there.

To go anywhere else would be incomprehensible, Professional Courteous with a great waiting area with plenty of drinks and snacks including coffee and tea, pool table and golf thingy witch I don’t even know what it does but I’m sure to golfers must be entertaining, also close to a nice trail you can hike if you want a nice 2hour walk. The phone number 1800THEBENZ, is what I got as an experience….
Unforgettable. Thanks to ED.

This isn't what I expected from mercedes benz, I came on Saturday it felt like ghost town or 3rd party dealership, for Simply an oil changed they charged me 150$ their excuse was oil got more expensive and to finish it with that car came out dirty without car wash. A big well known brand as mercedes benz have their wash broken thats incredible very disappointing I been coming here since 2017 never seen a bad service as today. Not returning.

I brought my car in for a subframe issue and the service advisor Julio was all over it. They took care of the issue very fast and really did a great job. Julio was one of the best I have dealt with. They even brought the car to my daughter as I had to do this before I left for a trip. Very impressed with the level of service.

Terrible customer service and service department rules. Even though I have purchased vehicles from them in the past and I’m a paying customer they refused to give a loaner vehicle because I didn’t buy that specific one from them. Going forward I will no longer purchase nor service my vehicles with you. You are not performing any free service, I pay for my vehicle to be fixed why would I service it with you and give you business if you treat your customers this way?

For a business with the Mercedes name they have terrible customer service. They almost never pick up the phone. 0 updates on the repair on my wife's car. Almost a month waiting and no response from them.
