Gordon used to be good but he has definitely changed. He is totally disorganized, can't even keep track of appointments, takes you on a runaway train course with actions not even discussed with seller. Sold us from under the rug because he refused to recognize housing increases due to COVID in the Fall of 2020.

Proceed with caution when working with this realtor and his team as he does not follow ethical practices when negotiating home sales! It is extremely unethical to accept the best offer on a home as the selling agent only to cut commission so that the best offer stays within their realtor team. It's a dual agent sale and this is what was done to me which in my opinion shows this realtor and his team's poor character and lack of ethical practices. There are plenty of other trustworthy and honest realtors in NJ to choose from!

Gordon Crawford and his team are incredible agents that work the best and hardest for you to ensure you are knowledgeable and satisfied with every step of the home selling and buying processes. We recently sold and then bought a house in record time for the price and budget we wanted with two toddlers at home. I don't think anyone could possibly know more about Morris County than Gordon himself which helped us narrow down our wide town search. Gordon himself is the professional's professional that seems to know every in and out of the real estate business, every possible service vendor (lawyers, contractors, title agents, ect) that will provide you the best service they can. We never encountered a bad service vendor when selling or buying our house.The most impressive thing about Gordon is he is unable to be rattled or caught off guard by third party "unique" requests. Gordon's patience and insight are calming in the most stressful of situations. Gordon and his team are also nonsense and gimmick free. We interviewed 5 additional realtors before choosing Gordon and we got to see our fair share of over the top presentations, over exaggerated stats and personalities. We chose Gordon because of his experience but what we didn't understand initially was that he is solely responsible for creating the real estate team concept in NJ and the accolades he's received over his career speak to it. I cannot recommend Gordon and his team high enough to any new home owner looking to sell or buyer because we have seen first hand how bad realtors and their service vendors operate and now comfortably know the difference.If you are even thinking of entering the home sale or purchase process, give Gordon a call, you will not be disappointed.

Hire the Crawford Organization, follow their recommendations and you'll have done the best you can to maximize your chances at selling your home for the best price possible in any market. Top to bottom they are professionals and the best at what they do. No hesitation to give them high marks and higher praise. Hire them without any doubts or reservations and sell your home.
