We recently had a car repaired at Karl’s and they did a great job. They were extremely helpful and put us at ease. The repairs were done quickly and we got the car back in 3 days. We would highly recommend them.

The bodywork and paint job was well done! With that I give it 3 stars, the other 2 I take away because I did not like the attitude and attention of the owner of the workshop! The car was delivered to me with a bad light where it was crashed and they did not solve it the day I made the claim and the owner of the workshop with the same attitude, lousy attention

I have brought my car to Karl's twice now for body work. They are personable, easy to work with, communicative, and affordable. They did a great job on my car both times. I will definitely use them anytime I need work done and recommend them to all my friends!Service: Body & Trim

A six minute conversation established immediate trust! I needed an estimate for a repaint, but was recommended (based on cost and LOE) to follow up with an alternative service provider. I appreciated the guidance and the friendly conversation. When I have business for Karl's Autobody, I will be back!

Can not say enough good things about this establishment. From the welcoming voice of Dawn ( the person who answers most of the calls) to the owner ( Ken) and all the great people in between. I dropped my vehicle off 3 weeks ago with quite a bit of body damage ( after a brief encounter of a guard rail) . I picked it up today and not only were the necessary repairs made but they actually were able to repair the damage instead of replacing the part. Not only did it come in a bit under budget but it was completed sooner than originally expected. Upon pick up my car was beautifully detailed and just perfect. Karls has been around a long time and there is a reason why....the people that work there are honest,reliable and frankly very very nice! You may not wish you needed an auto body shop but if you do KARL's is the best!

Just picked up my car from Karl's and they did a great job. The repair (a new door) looks great and they returned my car in tip top shape. The entire car is cleaned inside and out and the tires were washed. It seriously looks like a brand new car! Service was also great. Everyone that works there is super friendly and easy to communicate with. I hope I don't have to go back, but if I need an auto body shop in the future I'll definitely be returning to Karl's. Good stuff!

Had to have two doors replaced after an accident. They were fast, courteous and most importantly did what they said they’d do- which was a quality job. They also worked through some issues with my insurance. Hope I don’t have any more accidents, but if I do, I’m going back here.

Car was received without wash despite they claimed they would. My tire pressure was very low when i got my car (light was on 2 minutes after I drove it away). They also asked me to check in every 2 hours for the status on the day they supposed to finish the work. This kind of details show their lack of professionalism. Won't recommend.

Owners were amazing, and very understanding to my situation. Had an uncle recommend this place to me, and i would 1000% recommend this to others. Very helpful, front desk lady was very nice and cooperative. Did a seamless job on fixing my bumper. Thank you Karl's for being the best body shop i've gone to!

Everyone at Karl’s Auto Body is absolutely AMAZING!! I felt very confident leaving my car there. Kenny and his team did a fabulous job on repairing my 2021 Audi Q5 after I was backed into. My car looks brand new!! They treat you like family! I HIGHLY recommend Karl’s!!
