Jewelry by Eric is SIMPLY the BEST!! Eric is wonderful… He listens to your wants/needs, & finds/creates jewelry that can NOT be beat! People have stopped me left & right to admire my 25th Anniversary Eternity bands (Eric also Re-Set my Engagement Ring to sit perfectly with my new bands!) It is STUNNING! In addition, he & his son & daughter have also helped me with several other pieces of jewelry that needed his special touch!! Eric was referred by a dear friend/I can simply say that she was 100% correct - he is a true Gentleman with an AMAZING shop!

I had a wonderful experience buying my engagement ring for my now fiancée at Jewelry By Eric.
I had an idea of a ring I wanted by something that my girlfriend had shown me online a few months prior, but it was an artificial ring online and I wanted to get her something similar to it but with an 18k yellow gold setting and diamond center piece.
Eric helped me put together the exact ring I wanted and was extremely patient and helpful through the entire process.
Eric brought in numerous different diamond sizes until I was 100 percent happy.
In fact, after we agreed upon a price and carat size I called him the next day and told him I still felt I wanted a slightly larger carat and he said “no problem”. He brought some more diamonds in to look at a few days later that were larger carats and I got exactly the size I was looking for!
It was also very important to me to be able to do this in person at his shop. I was very worried about buying a ring online without being able to see it in person before purchasing. I would’ve never been able to get exactly what I wanted without going through this process in store and with Eric.
I highly recommend Jewelry by Eric for fair prices and a jeweler who will help you put together the ring you always wanted.

Came to visit Eric and see his collection. Many beautiful pieces. Her had several different watches, stunning rings, earring and many items to choose from in all price ranges. What a lovely jeweler Eric is. He has owned this shop for 10 years and was great to work with. Thank you helping us to celebrate birthday month. He said he will remember the pieces to let out spouse know which ones were of interest. Thank you Eric

The man that helped my husband and I was extremely rude. We simply asked for him to add links to my husbands watch and he questioned us multiple times. When he added the links, he gave the watch back and the watch was then too loose on my husband but he insisted it was fine. Then he charged us 20 dollars for this simple service. Such a rip off. We will never go back there again nor do I recommend it to anyone.

This place is horrible! If I could give it less than 1 star I would. I went to Eric to have links added to my watch. He did not size me properly, leaving the watch too big on me but insisting that it was fine. He also attached the clasp backwards and did not fix it. He was also rude in the process. At the end, he proceeded to charge me 20$ for this service. I just left and took my watch to my other jeweler. I will not be returning to this jeweler nor should anyone else!

I went to Jewelry By Eric to have a custom-made, gold & diamond ring that from Rose City Jewelers & Gemologists in Madison about 17 years ago. Alas, Rose City Jewelers is now closed but, HURRAH! Jewelry By Eric has wonderful, well-deserved reviews. Anyhow, the ring needed re-sizing - made larger. The owner stated it would take about a week but it was ready in just a few days, looking marvelous & brand new.

Eric the Jeweler is the best in town! I’ve been going to him for all my jewelry needs over the last few years. He is knowledgeable and professional and did a wonderful job resetting my ring. He also is incredibly reasonable with his prices. I wish there were more stars on here to give him! :)
