Greetings and happy new year! It’s time for us to share our assessment of a northern NJ realtor whom we can with great assurance say is the finest realtor we have worked with, and who has now helped us both buy and sell a home in Morris County, New Jersey.Jackie Scura has now, for the second time in less than 12 months, helped us navigate the real estate market in northern NJ in both the purchase and sale of properties. I spoke with several agents before committing to one; however, as soon as I had a conversation with Jackie, I knew immediately that she was the right agent to work with. We reached out to Jackie because we had seen her many ads, billboard, and reviews. She made great recommendations to what needed to be done to get the best sale for our house. The minor improvements we made on our house really made a difference, and we sold it for far more than we anticipated in a short amount of time. Jackie is very responsive and really knows her stuff! I just got Jackie’s new cookbook that she released with her daughter and it was such a great collection of recipes from some favorite restaurants around town! I enjoyed flipping through the pages and seeing some of my own favorites as well as discovering new ones! Great book!

Laura was absolutely great to work with. As first-time buyers in a very challenging market, we would not have found our perfect house without her. She has great local knowledge and a ton of connections. She knows how to get things done, but in a way that is calm and low-stress, and she showed great patience as we went through multiple offers. I would definitely recommend working with Laura if you can.

I’ve seen Jackie's name around forever and I feel like I already knew her. When I called her to help us understand the process of selling our home. Jackie quickly responded and met with us, and explained everything step by step. We were so happy to hear her advice and we quickly listed our home with her. She priced it right and got us an unbelievable price. At our home inspection we had a few issues arise. We had a small amount of mold in the attic and some electrical issues and a few other minor things. When we got the report my husband and I were so upset. But then Jackie assured us it’s no big deal. She had a pocket of contractors and that she will get people here immediately to address the issues. She had the mold guy there in the morning and that was cleaned up, the electrician arrived in the afternoon and everything was fixed. I was so relieved and able to relax. I thank myself everyday that Jackie was my agent. I would never use anyone else.

Jackie made the entire process of selling our parents house so easy from start to finish. It was listed on a Thursday and accepted an offer the following Tuesday. All of the advice she gave us in regards to small finishing touches in the interior, her recommendations and the contractors she brought in to do the work really made a difference in the listed price and the price the house sold for. We highly recommend Jackie Scura because she is very professional, thorough and responds back to any questions or concerns you have in a timely manner.

Working with Jackie was the best experience I ever had. I didn't realize what true professionalism was before I worked with her. I was working with a couple of agents before someone had referred me to Jackie. She listened to everything I had to say, gave me excellent advice and suggestions. I want to thank Jackie for all her help. She was with us every step of the way in selling our rental property. She recommended all the contractors we needed from painting to cleaning out the basement and was on top of everything throughout the entire process. We took her advise and our house sold in on week.
