As a designer, I heavily rely on my suppliers to support me throughout my projects. I have worked with J&S by Stark for the last four years on multiple projects - kitchen runners, staircase runners, entry rugs, custom rugs - and every time it has turned out beautiful. More importantly, my clients are happy and feel they are receiving a great price/value. I also would like to mention that Valerie from J&S makes selecting product so easy as she has a great eye and does a nice job listening and suggesting the right rugs, materials and trims.

J&S flooring was contracted by Lowe’s to do my carpet install. I must say I was quite impressed with the operation. The installers showed up on time, they very efficiently removed and installed my new carpet. They couldn’t have been nicer or more professional than they were. The carpet looks and feels great and they cleaned as they went along. Excellency experience. Highly recommend.

We purchased carpet from Lowes that would be installed in a second floor hallway and the stairs. We saw several bad reviews about J&S installers but they were the only installing contractor that Lowes used.Our experience was very good! They arrived on time, did the rip out and take away, and did the new installation in about 4 hours. We had 22 spindles and some other tricky areas that had to be dealt with and they were taken care of easily.Javier and his partner did a really nice job. Cleanup included.

As a designer, J & S has been a great source of rugs and carpet for me. Everyone is great and helpful. CJ in particular has always gone above and beyond to help me find what I am looking for (no matter the budget). I can not recommend J & S enough.

We worked with J&S through Lowe’s, they came to replace some carpet for us on the stairs, and it was SO fast and looks awesome. They took away the old (tan) carpet and the new (grey) one looks amazing and feels very nice on our feet! The workers were super quick and did a great job, also wore masks the whole time without us having to ask.

Had such a wonderful experience with Ben at J&S who helped us pick out our runner and promptly came out to measure. They fit us in for an earlier installation when an opening became available. Their installation team was very professional and did such a beautiful job! Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a high quality product and experience!
