I went to the bank last Saturday got a new card got paid on Friday tried to use the ATM and couldn't use it !!!!!!!!

I wanted to go local. I ended up with amateur. The people are generally very nice. The bank is rife with incompetence. Information technology has a terrible history of poor design and execution. The bank is hesitant to partake of the benefits of a modern banking system. If you need fast money transfers, efficient electronic payments, easy access to your transaction information, go somewhere else.
