If we didn't have a Hyatt card we would be somewhere else. They closed the restraint, and don't validate. I went into the room no microwave. I call down to the front and the guy says "oh we are full service hotel". My response how can you be full service with no restraint, room service, validated parking. Please don't piss in my face and call it rain.

After 2 nights on the 16th floor suite. It’s going to be difficult to stay at any other hotel ever again. Michael at the front desk was WONDERFUL! So helpful & accommodating. Our room was super clean. Trust me I examine a room quiet thoroughly. House keeping was so nice and attentive. Love, love loved EVERYTHING. Thank you Michael and to all the staff for making my 10 year anniversary a memorable one. ❤️ I recommend 100%

I cannot stress enough how incredible the staff is here!! Every single person I interacted with, from the valet, to the front desk, to the bar, to the coffee counter, to passing by someone in the hallway...EVERYONE was so lovely! I've never had a better customer service experience, at a hotel or otherwise.

I had my wedding reception here on June 3rd, 2023. Prior to the actual wedding day, the venue seemed like a dream come true. The staff we worked with was friendly, accommodating, and prepared. We were SO EXCITED! Unfortunately, between the booking of the venue, taste testing/tour, and the big day they lost all of that. Below is a list of grievances.1. When my husband checked into the hotel, they told him they needed a card on file, but my fathers credit card was already on file. The hotel then proceeded to charge my husband over $400 for his room and the honeymoon suite. This was eventually refunded, but took quite awhile to sort out.2. My dad called and made arrangements for there to be an open bar. He was charged for it, but this did not happen.3. Prior to the wedding day we were told that at the reception the wedding party would be held in a room during cocktail hour (so as not to spoil the “big entrance”) and that this room would have a spread of all the appetizers for us to eat during while we waited and not miss out on any of the food. Although the room we were in had enough chairs and tables for the wedding party (including an empty buffet table), we were told that the room was only supposed to be for my husband and I, despite the fact that it was explicitly told to us that all bridesmaids and groomsmen were to share the room with us.. So, our entire wedding party was kicked out of the room and my husband and I were given a slider each and a small helping of Mac and cheese on one tiny plate to share. We didn’t get to have all of the appetizers at our own wedding. Nor were we asked what we wanted to eat before the plate was handed to us. My wedding coordinator spoke to the manager and explained what was supposed to happen. In the end, the wedding party was brought BACK into the room and we were served a tray of sliders haphazardly thrown together with no condiments. The whole thing was very confusing.4. The cake was cut into slices that were smaller than the samplers we tried at our testing despite the fact that there was more than enough cake for everyone. On top of that, although the whole cake wasn’t cut and served, the leftover cake was never given to us like it was supposed to be. I don’t know what happened to the rest of it, but I hope someone enjoyed my $400 cake haha!5. The room was unbearably cold and the temperature never adjusted. When we asked if the room could be made warmer, we were dismissed and told it would feel warmer once everyone started dancing. It did not. My guests were freezing the entire time, as was I. And that’s without talking about my elderly relatives who couldn’t dance due to physical limitations.6. We were never moved to the honeymoon suite. My husband and I just stayed in the room he used the previous night. I’m not sure where the miscommunication with that was, but we paid for it and I was a little disappointed.7. Sparklers were utilized during my first dance. The sparklers set off the fire alarm and all of my guests (including my 100 year old great-great aunt) had to evacuate down the stairs and outside until the fire department could arrive. Dj swears he spoke to and cleared the sparklers with the venue well before the wedding. I don’t actually know first hand what happened with that but I was fine, the fire department was quick, and it made for a funny memory so this actually isn’t a point of contention for me. What isn’t funny was how the next day as my husband was in line waiting to checkout, we heard one of the front desk employees complaining about us, and the evacuation to an unrelated guest staying at the hotel. The employee was speaking sarcastically with eye rolls and disparaging comments. While the evacuation didn’t put a damper on things, being talked about by a stranger to a stranger is not how I wanted to end my wedding weekend. Very unprofessional.I’m not looking for money, We were given a partial refund for the many errors, but money returned to my dad after the fact can’t change my wedding day. The whole thing just seemed unorganized.

I spend 4-10 nights a year at Hyatt Regency Morristown. If I’m lucky enough to be served by Nancie it’s a good trip. She not only pours a great drink but made wonderful florist recommendations for my team and is an overall class act. Look forward to returning.

Renewed and clean rooms, friendly staff, cozy and roomy lobby. Starbucks and a small market are available within. Close to the town center, restaurants and local shops ...The front side of the rooms have a good view of the town.

Cleaning products should be monitored in the rooms. Ideal for daily use if more activities are to be done and will not stay long.

Pro: updated rooms, comfy beds and medium firm pillows, chromecast on tv, water dispenser on every floor, entry into crunch fitness in the same building complex. Also same complex as AMC theatres. Lobby cafe serves Starbucks coffee, long lines when there is only 1 working the register.Cons: thermostat and furnace is not updated in the rooms, expensive parking and have to validate the ticket everyday! Confusing process, parking close to the hotel entry was always crowded

I attended a 3 day seminar here. The ballroom temp was fluctuating so bad it was sending us into a sweat then the AC would kick on and blow on us. It was very uncomfortable. Staff was great! The lobby and bar are was great. Parking was easy. Food was also pretty good. Nothing was inexpensive. Rooms were very expensive even with our group rate.Walkability: There is a lot going on with in walking distance.

I stay in many hotels, including many Hyatt's internationally and domestically. Not a globalist though.Pro:-Walkable - in Morristown-Typical size room for Hyatt, small bath but just fine.-Comfortable bed, descent shower-Plenty of power stations that work- plug and usb. No c type.-Quiet except ac/heat-Nice staffCon:-The ac/ heat- oh my gracious every 20-30 min it comes on full blast and noisy, literally waking me up multiple times. No option except to turn it off. Y’all I’m not exaggerating. Hyatt- please spend the money and update this asap. **Update- discovered the filter and entire unit needed major cleaning- took 3 tries but now cleaned properly- the noise has greatly reduced- it will never be totally quiet w these units and most important I will not be breathing dirty air which causes sickness and asthma. **- Breakfast is not included even though a room is $150-250 per night.-There are sensor lights everywhere - sounds good and lovely- however, they are bright white. So you can’t keep the melatonin producing/ darkness in your brain. Suggestion change out to blue light.-Parking fee

So I struggle with this review. Overall everything was fine. Rooms are spacious, clean and nicely appointed. There is a strange under the bed light that is on motion sensor, so if you have a kid in a pack and play, keep this in mind. The staff is not very friendly and if you request a pack and play, they ask if you brought sheets for it! This is a first, usually they just give you a sheet from the bed and you make it work. When I said no, we didn’t pack a pack and play sheet the front desk acted like it was a big request to get a regular sheet for it. If you are traveling with a kid, keep this in mind. Also there is not a normal hotel breakfast, you order at the Starbucks and then it’s served in to go containers. So it’s a fine hotel, do they make you feel at home, no. But it’s fine

Rooms are modern and clean, great shower and friendly service at front desk. A lot of us were trying to work in the lobby and the weird elevator music was bizarre and loud- but first world problems, I guess. Overall, good experience.

This hotel should be 5 stars! Incredibly clean and service was outstanding. Extra shout out to Bruce in the Lobby/Starbucks area for making our stay with a 2y old toddler enjoyable. He was so friendly to her and she was so sad to leave her best friend Bruce. Thank you for all you do Bruce!
