Not my regular cleaners, but I went because I needed pants hemmed in 2 hours. They were the only place that would do it. Modern facility, friendly staff, quality tailoring done when i needed.

Do not use the tailoring service! I stopped by one day and asked how much shortening of a suit jacket costs. He told me 35 dollars. I took the jacket to him and then he told me 45 and accused me of not remembering.He assured me that he does a good job and since it was for my brother's wedding i disnt care about the extra charge. 3 days before the wedding I go pick up the jacket and he gave me the sleeve in the picture. Which had four floating buttons that were not even aligned with three hole markers. See picture. And he said it's the jackets fault because his machine can not do that kind of button hole. Then argued that I don't know what I am talking about and the sleeve in the picture is the best way that anyone could tailor it. He did not even bother to call to let me know that this would be the result or tell me upfront. I had no choice but to have them fix it quick which then resulted in a badly tailored and shorter jacket sleeve. I would not want this to happen to anyone for their important life events. They took no accountability and charged me the full amount after ruining an expensive suit jacket.

I had been going to this cleaners for years and had a great relationship with them. Last month I picked up a shirt and it was returned multiple holes in it. When I pointed it out, I was told the shirt was old and had been cleaned approx. 15 times. Therefore, it was not their fault and I would receive no compensation. The shirt was high quality and only about a year old. After spending so much money there over the years, I felt like should have provided some compensation, or at least an apology for damaging the shirt. I was simply told it was not their fault. I have since switched cleaners to the business right down the road. Overall, disappointed with how this situation was handled.

DAMAGED MY CLOTHING & TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I have been a long time customer for many years of this establishment. Let’s just say as long as there are no mishaps the service is good. Mid-July 2023 I dropped off a top and pants set to be dry-cleaned and the stitching on the seam of the pants to be repaired. A couple of weeks later I grabbed the garment out of my closet (still in the dry cleaning plastic) and noticed long rips on the thigh and butt cheek of the pants. It was obvious the dry cleaner accidentally snagged these pants. I go to the establishment to pickup a recently completed item 8/15/23 and bought along the damaged pants in hopes of a simple apology and a minimal discount to compensate for their human error. I was as polite as possible to the lady at the counter and explained that once I went to wear my pants I noticed rips on the thigh and butt. She refused to take any accountability and told me that they could not have damaged my item. I explained I keep my dry cleaned items in the plastic until I plan to wear again therefore there is no way I could’ve damaged my item, therefore it had happened in their custody. She profusely kept saying they do not make ANY mistakes and if my item was damaged the other items in that machine would have been damaged. This argument made no sense as I am sure other items in the machine were not the same delicate material as mine. I was extremely patient and polite saying it is not like I am asking for the cost of my outfit, just a simple apology and maybe a small discount on the item I was picking up that day. I have been a customer for so many years so there would be no benefit from me blaming this establishment for something like this. I honestly was hurt and offended by the way she was SO UNPROFESSIONAL and not taking any accountability. I finally said okay, you’re leaving me no choice but to leave an awful review on GOOGLE, as this is unacceptable. Finally she said what do you want me to do? I asked her how much did I pay for the previous rip repair? She said $6.50 (not including dry clean). So I asked can you just deduct that cost from today’s pickup service? She said, “Fine” with an attitude. In all honesty I deserved more as the pants are not repairable at this point, but I just wanted to be done with the back and forth. Just BEWARE if something goes wrong with your clothing, they WILL NOT try to make things right. The motto “the customer is always right” does not work at this establishment.

Great service from staff and outstanding tailoring! I needed a dress hemmed last minute and every other place I called had a much longer wait time and higher price. Their regular dry cleaning is on the pricier side but the tailoring price was better. I was extremely happy with how the dress turned out!! Will go here again.

Brought a winter coat, several blazers, and a pair of shoes to be cleaned. The price for the coat alone was over $30 and they removed the fur lining from the hood, stating it would be "a lot more" to clean it with the fur on. The coat and the clothes came back okay, but the shoes came back just as dirty as I sent them. I disclosed that I had spilled wax on them beforehand and they still accepted them. I was unhappy so they gave them back again to re-clean them and there was barely any difference after the second time. The shoes are still not wearable. I was denied even a partial a refund and wasn't offered a discount or anything for their inability to actually clean the shoes. When I asked why they would keep my money when the service wasn't performed satisfactorily, the lady at the counter literally shrugged her shoulders, smirked, and said I shouldn't have spilled anything on them. If they weren't confident they could clean them, they shouldn't have accepted them. I was originally impressed with their customer service, but I'm glad I saw their true colors before giving them any more of my money. I can't pay someone who doesn't stand by their service. They also don't call you when your stuff is ready. I had to call them and ask each time. Literally no reason to pay such prices for subpar service.Service: Clothes pressing

Amazing staff, flexible, extraordinary service. This is a family business and you simply cannot go wrong. Skillfull, careful, and reasonably priced. Terrific tracking system for what is cleaned. I love this place. I first started being their customer over two decades ago when they were at a different location. They relocated to their current location and I was thrilled when they re-opened. They are a gem.

I've never been compelled to write a review about a dry clearner but there's a first for everything. I'm here for work and had to get some things cleaned so I stopped by because of the positive reviews. The customer service from this place is top notch! Friendly, thorough, detailed, and precise. No stone was left unturned in making sure my garments were given stellar service. Not long after I dropped off my clothes, they called to make sure I knew my pants had a small hole. I knew about it already and was surprised they even found it considering it's location and size. Someone has eagle eyes at this place and I appreciate them being proactive and reaching out. You can't go wrong and I will definintely return next time I'm in town. We need more businesses like this one in America. I'm impressed.
