This year (after MANY years) I found myself in major need of having to utilize a leasing agent to assist my husband and I. We needed to hunt down a new apartment, and so we were referred to Miss Ozella Pugh with Destiny Realty.Listen, a long time ago, you could just look at a "For Rent" sign, call up the owners, ask if it was available, put down some coin to hold your spit, keep it pushing. Times have DEFINITELY changed. And in these days, not having an experienced leasing agent to assist you in finding a place to stay can really get you hemmed up, what with all the scammers on these rental websites! Destiny Realty pumped out an awesome, super-experienced, delightfully energetic, amazing, informational, talented, and caring agent when they put Ozella on their team. She was relentless in ensuring we got all the help we needed in weeding out places that would be a good compliment to what my family of 6 (Me, hubby, daughter and son, and dog and cat) really needed to have. She made a stressful situation (we have to leave our current residence because it was bought by new owners that decided they don't want us as tenants, but want to move in their family, so we only have until August) a well-managed journey. She did all her research and helped us find a place that we can call home. We move in August! We are forever grateful for the time she put in to making sure we were happy where we will be moving to. She worked hard for us, encouraged us, prayed for us, and reminded us diligently to not be dismayed. She is a God-send. Destiny Realty, Inc., thank you so much for having this beautiful soul, who cares for her clients and their well-being before the all-mighty dollar first, on your team. We love Deatiny Realty, and can't wait for the day to utilize her and their service again, for when we finally can get to stop renting, and have a home of our very own!

What a breath of fresh air it is working with Ozella at Destiny Realty. Ozella is very attentive to my wants and needs for a commercial space, and she's consistent. She calls me weekly with new locations and thoroughly review each location before we speak or go see the location. I'm in good hands with Destiny Realty and Ozella!!!
