DO NOT GO HEREI was recently in an accident and decided that I would have my vehicle taken here for the repairs. For safety reasons, I have a dash-cam that records both outside, and inside of the car. After I received my car back I decided to review my dash-cam footage. I came to find out, that the very first person to enter my car, stole money from my center console. But that was the least of my concerns. When looking at the footage, one of the persons who interacted with my car, decided it would be okay to touch and pleasure himself right on camera as they were doing the work. Other individuals also smoked in my car, and touched and moved my belongings. This place and their workers are disgusting and no one should ever go hereServices: Painting

Sooo you were caught on camera digging through the persons belongings taking what u want and your employee pleasuring himself in the suv and ya did more than that. I mean r u fn serious? What else have yall done.

terrible customer service. rude employees that don't care about you or your car, and are impossible to get a hold of as they barely pick up the phone. not to mention the constant delays. don't bother, go somewhere else.

The front bumper on my 2009 Tucson was loose so we took it to Denville Bear auto repair shop. $1500(+) and 7 days later, we had a new front bumper...however, once we started driving around, there was a noticeable loud squeak whenever we turned a corner. Turns out, the front tires we're scraping against the new front bumper! I mean...really? Who doesn't check for clearance when installing body parts? Very unprofessional! On top of that, they had the audacity to charge another $42 before he would release the car! What pikers!!! They seem to make their living off insurance claims, but if you have to pay out of pocket, beware!

I have sent two of my cars to Denville bear many times for a multitude of things and every time I get them back their like brand new cars. I would definitely recommend denville bear to family and friends. The manager is flexible and always makes sure that I am satisfied when work is done to my car. Second time I have used the services of Denville Bear. This time for a rear passenger window that was smashed in and a dent in the hood. Just love that they take the time to look at all options to keep the cost down (was coming out of my pocket), walked me through options and timing and then delivered on time and under quote. Work was impeccable. Amazingly., Cost was over $1,000 less than other quote we received. Such a pleasure dealing with nice, honest people.

Unfortunately we had to visit this bodyshop. What a game changer. Have had several dings on the car and Frank and crew was able to remove them, match the paint without any visible sign. One of our other car had a bump on the hood due to kids football and they were able to remove that too. Very professional, right on the price quote, extremely costumer friendly.
