I love 13 Stars! The coaches are incredible and have seen me through pregnancy, postpartum and periods of injury. I highly recommend this wonderful community focused on health and wellness!

The coaching, atmosphere, and overall vibe is what makes 13 stars great. I’ve been going for 4 years now and couldn't be happier. At first its tough, then you get use to it, then you start to look forward to the tough workouts…..its even better because you get to do it side by side with great people.
