The client service team at this Chase Bank location in Morristown always provide terrific service and always make me feel like a valued customer. It doesn't matter whether I need their on-site assistance for a simple transaction like a deposit or withdrawal or a more complex transaction like managing my investments or originating a mortgage to help me buy my first home, the associates at Chase Bank in Morristown - from the tellers to the banking products specialists - either know the answer I need or know who to ask to get the answer I need right away. I've never walked out of this branch unsatisfied with the associates' attitude, service, or knowledge of their products.

Waited at the drive up for over 15 minutes on my lunch break. I had to finally call the main office to have them send someone to the window. They said they couldn't hear. Extremely frustrating and unprofessional. Don't you think a teller should make a point to periodically Chen in to see if there are customers waiting? Duh!!!

This branch is very spacious. It has CPC and WM(Wealth Management, not the one you think) service. It is also the only one location around you can do foreign currency exchange, pricy though. The clerks and manager are super friendly.
