They keep foreign currency on hand! We needed Euros last minute to send with our kids on a trip to Germany and we discovered they are one of the rare branches that have them.

Normally, I don’t review bank, but chase bank this branch worth reviewing. Chase bank still has the real human touch and services like bank in the good old days. Bank teller are nice and friendly, private client bankers are very helpful and special thanks to “Monika Zuhan” for her kind and attentive to our need.

I went into this Chase to move money from one account to another. Greg helped me and was extremely professional and friendly in assisting me with the transfer even though I had came in slightly frazzled and in gym clothes. I had never entered this location before but was happy with my experience and would definitely recommend.

The client service team at this Chase Bank location in Morristown always provide terrific service and always make me feel like a valued customer. It doesn't matter whether I need their on-site assistance for a simple transaction like a deposit or withdrawal or a more complex transaction like managing my investments or originating a mortgage to help me buy my first home, the associates at Chase Bank in Morristown - from the tellers to the banking products specialists - either know the answer I need or know who to ask to get the answer I need right away. I've never walked out of this branch unsatisfied with the associates' attitude, service, or knowledge of their products.

I do not physically visit this branch for banking, however my business relationship manager, Cori Macri works out of this branch and I wanted to give a shout out to her! Cori is so extremely knowledgeable and prompt. She is instrumental in helping my business operate efficiently and I wouldn't be able to do as much or grow as quickly without her help. I would not hesitate to recommend Cori, or her team at Chase bank to other businesses for their banking needs!!!
