I’ve been shopping at Braunschweiger Jewelers for many years. My most recent experience (resetting my engagement ring and adding gold bumps to the inside to keep it from turning on my finger) was, as I expected, wonderful. Luis spent a lot of time with me to make sure everything would be just what I was looking for.

My husband recently purchased a beautiful necklace for me. Our sales associate helped us to create a custom design, and it is absolutely beautiful. Our jeweler was patient and knowledgeable. I love my necklace!

It was such a great pleasure shopping with Luis during my journey in finding the perfect gift for my Fiancé college graduation. I gave him a few details on what I was interested in and within days he called me back immediately with multiple options. He was never pushy or tried selling me on something I wasn’t interested in. My Fiancé loves her new diamond tennis bracelet and can’t wait to visit for some matching pieces to go with it.

My partner came to get my ring resized and they tried up charging him. Good thing he’s not dumb and didn’t fall for the scam but they tried charging 150 for each ring! Aires Jewelers in Morris Plains only charged us 85 each which is why they have a five star rating. They’re genuine people and that’s more appreciated. Go there instead!He heard you say loud and clear, 150 each. If you don’t want people to see your business differently then don’t try up charging people. It’s simple.

Braunschweiger Jewelers have been in business for five generations. I have lived in Morristown since 1978, and was always told that Braunschweigers was the place to go, not only for their superb jewelry selection but their unparalleled customer service. Over the years, I have purchased only a few pieces, but each and every time that I enter the store, I am greeted like a valued customer. This week I brought in a clock that I purchased from them years ago. I could not adjust the current time. Not only did they set the correct time and installed new batteries, they would not accept payment. Their employees are personable and professional. I highly recommend Braunschweigers.

They are incredible here. I’ve been multiple times, very helpful, very trustworthy. My husband lost his wedding ring, which I originally got engraved here (it was perfect). On Christmas Eve, we came in with his grandfathers ring that he couldn’t wear because it hurt so much, they fixed it right on the spot and it looked brand new! I would recommend this place to anyone! Really love supporting local businesses too!

Pleasurable first time experience at this jewelry store. I walked in with an idea in mind but I was not entirely sure what I wanted. Mark assisted me in picking the perfect necklace. He helped navigate through my choice to find the perfect diamond shape, carat, pricing, etc. I am thrilled with my purchase. Will be back next Christmas, or sooner ;)
