Kara and the rest of the Blue Mercury staff are exceptional! I was oblivious as to what kind of men's facial cream I should get. Kara educated me on what moisturizers I should be using for my face and body. Her knowledge and guidance helped make my experience at Blue Mercury so much easier. I highly recommend this store to anyone looking for the best moisturizers and customer service.

This Bluemercury has the best selection! Everything I'm looking for is always in stock and the staff is so welcoming and helpful. I love that the employees are really knowledgeable in the different products there and can help guide me, because that's definitely not the case in a lot of other cosmetics stores I've shopped in and it's a lifesaver in finding the right shades and types of products when I don't know where to start! I don't understand why the rating isn't higher because it's truly a great experience every time I shop here. They're dog friendly too which is always a plus :)

Hands down the best Blue Mercury I've been to! The staff went above and beyond to help me find everything I came for and even took the time to walk me through new products that ended up being better for my skin. Claire and Kara were welcoming, helpful and extremely knowledgeable. This will be my go-to store from now on. Highly recommend!

My favorite Bluemercury to shop in, the staff is extremely helpful! Claire went above and beyond to pick out the best brand and shade of foundation for me. She also helped with a new skincare regimen! I am loving all of my products. Highly recommended this location!

This is the best blue mercury store ! Kara the manager is the best ! She is very knowledgeable about all the products! She is always so helpful and patient! She truly takes an interest and listens .You can see she is truly passionate about her job which makes all the difference !I live in the area so I am a frequent shopper in this store . Everyone is always very proffesional and kind !Definitely a great addition to the neighborhood!

I have gone into this store a few times. Every time I've been in there, the staff does not acknowledge customers when they walk in the door or when they're looking at merchandise. Two staff in store. One opening boxes and another trying to push this wealthy looking woman into buying expensive conditioner. After 5 minutes of being ignored, I walked out. It's a small store. You can see everyone from the register. Learn how to really sell by being genuinely engaged and engaging.

I live in Morristown but have stopped going to this location and now drive to the Denville store. The staff here always seem irritated that they have to help you and I have been forced to listen to many convos between staff complaining about their jobs. Denville much nicer and overall a more pleasant experience.

I was in here for 15 minutes and the staff didn’t greet me, ask if I needed help, said goodbye or have a nice day - instead the store stayed silent the entire time while they glared at me and gave me dirty looks. Really weird atmosphere. For staff reference, I was there at 4:00 on a Monday. I’d never go in here again.

I will never shop at this location again. I'd rather drive farther to the Denville location. The sales people here are the worst. Unprofessional and unhelpful. If you need help picking something out, avoid this place like the plague. Good thing I'm familiar with the products and knew what I wanted.

First of all, parking at the Morristown location is a hassle. The location in Denville is so much easier. The store is just ok in Morristown. The sales people are in no way as friendly, helpful and professional as the Denville location. Morristown location carries Jo Malone which the location in Denville does not, so I have gone to Morristown for that.The sales staff in Morristown aren't bad, but they aren't as accommodating, and don't seem to be very happy there. The difference in a positive experience is night and day. Also, Denville gives you free makeup bags w/all kinds of awesome samples, I think Morristown is supposed to, but I haven't experienced that, maybe because I don't shop there very often.I will continue to order from the Denville location, the sales staff are so nice, I love the customer service there, they do an amazing job.

I came in on a Sunday morning. The store got quite busy. Vicky was the only one there and she was absolutely fantastic! Not only did she take the time to help me find the perfect foundation but she managed to help all the other customers as well. Vicky is so nice and helpful... this girl deserves a raise!
