Poor customer service and VERY judgy. There are associates in stores out there that judge people by how they look, and whether they think those people are going to buy, and spend money, instead of treating everyone who walks into the store the same way. This is one of those stores. The brand might stand for women empowerment, but that's severely lacking at this location.

Just went in today, I was apprehensive to come in due to some of the negative reviews on here. However, I was pleasantly surprised. The staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful, I felt Iike they met all of my needs and helped me to find exactly what I needed. Thank you, and I will certainly be coming back.

Unfortunately, this is the first bad review I have ever provided on any establishment (Google or elsewhere), but Athleta of Morristown must be apathetic to turning a profit and/or common decency. Short on time, I ran down to Athleta arriving at 5 minutes to 5 PM (the time they close). I wished to purchase a jacket for my fiancee that she pointed out one day- I had the color, size, etc. all nailed down. All I needed to do was swipe the credit card. Much to my surprise, the door was locked, but I thought perhaps someone needed to leave early or maybe it's policy to lock the door before close. However, I then telephoned the store after seeing a woman walking around inside and the woman answered. I explained my intent and stated that I arrived 5 minutes prior to close (admitting that was not ideal). The woman responded that she "locked the door 4 minutes prior to close," which could not have been true. That aside, I asked if she might be kind enough to open the door for me to execute the two minute purchase. She told me she "was sorry," but what she really communicated was "I don't care." I'm a willing buyer no less than 20 feet from the register wanting to support the Athleta location in my town and the woman could have cared less. Every business I have entered in Morristown has amazing ambassadors and I really treasure the community. Had the roles been reversed, I would have done anything to help the person at the door. Unless you are in need of apparel immediately, I would recommend ordering online or looking to other shops that value the community they serve. It's a real shame and not a true refection of the awesome establishments in Morristown.

This was my second visit. The first I just chalked up to a random ride associate. Today, both the associate was rude/condescending and so was the manager. As someone who spends a small fortune with the Athleta brand, it’s extremely disappointing to have such a consistently low level experience at this retail location.

The Worst customer service. I was browsing for 15 minutes before someone even say hi, Even though there was only 1 other customer in the store. The salespersons were 2 older ladies Not warm or inviting AT ALL, little that they know I have a $500 dollar gift card that I will now use online.

The store was very clean and organized. My size is a small and there definately were enough options for me to choose from. The clothes run on the large size and the parking can be difficult

Janine (apologies if I spelt that incorrectly), one of the Sales Associates, made my day at this store! I went in to return a couple of Altitude pants I ordered online that were too small, and Janine offered to hold them behind the counter for me while I shopped around a bit. She was so kind in gathering all the items I picked up to try on and set them in my dressing room. When I went to check out I mentioned that I was sad one of the pants I was returning was now sold out in my correct size online. Janine called not one store, but TWO to help me track down my size and helped me get them shipped to my house from a store in Virginia. She really did not have to go the extra mile, but she did anyway. It really brightened my day and I will definitely be returning. Thanks, Janine!

I call people rude when you walk in at a place and you are not greeted No one greeted me, at this place, not people on the flloor nor the cashier, next to whom I was making a selection. I was there for 10 mns, I felt like a ghost. I left everything and walked out. Customer service is non existent.

Lovely staff, super helpful. Good selection. Very clean. The only downside is parking but that's most businesses in downtown Morristown.

Wasn't too busy on a Thursday afternoon when I popped in to do a return, the store is right off the Morristown square and there's some street parking but there's a bigger parking lot in the back that you can pay for that is municipal parking. Return was easy and quick, and really efficient since all you have to do is take in the bag it came in which is now the receipt as well instead of separate paper receipt. They're following the same efficiency and greenness in not printing receipts separately as Banana Republic and Gap do. They still have the plastic up at the registers and the staff was still wearing masks for the customer's protection.
