They need to train better their employees, besides charging me 2 times for 1 bottle water then me going to get my 2nd water I was charged for and them trying to charge me a 3rd time, I had to pay a bill 145.65 to be exact, I showed barcode and the employee started talking about CASHAPP doesn’t take pennies….. no one is doing anything with cashapp im just paying a bill like a do at every 711

I would give no star if possible I tried to get nachos only to find the cheese dispenser was completely empty, I complained to the only staff available and asked if he could refill the cheese and he pointed to the "mustard" as a substitute "no lie" not only that he still didn't refill the cheese, he just walked back behind the counter with nothing better to do except his obvious job at a 24 hour 7/11, disappointed I threw away the nachos settled for chicken and he had the Gaul to try and charge me for food I didn't want he had the audacity to lead on a 10 min argument about how I should be charged for nachos that he pulled out of a garbage can because he refused to do his simple job, Arguably the worst employment staff I ever had the displeasure to stomach for lack of commen sense

Night shift guy is a conman. He shortchanges me all the time. Start paying attention if you use this store. Last time he did it I called him out on it and he tried banning me from store. And it’s not just a penny here or there. It’s bills. One trick he tried on me twice was he said the card machine was down so he said he had to use the scan gun for my items. The gun charged me $3 more for my stuff. Be wary

I tell you that before eating something I always wash my hands so I went into the bathroom to wash them but it was one of the most disgusting experiences I have ever had in places like these, the bathroom was really disgusting ? I washed my hands but I realized that the workers do not wash them, for safety and hygiene reasons do not eat food that is outdoors, that the workers themselves handle or heat, they should not even drink coffee nor do they have to wash, why am I 100% sure that they don't even wash the coffee containers. I hope that no one gets stomach infections or is sent to the doctor for illnesses caused by this place. The place has entrances for wheelchairs, small parking, it is open 24, 7, but the hygiene is not good. I don't know if I was unlucky enough to see that bathroom scenario ? more than disgusting ? but I repeat before you buy something, take care of your health.

Can someone teach the workers how to put milk into the latte machine. It’s an easy thing to do but they don’t want to do it or they don’t know. I came 3-4 times in 3 hours but they don’t even care. I say them there is no milk just chance the milk they are looking my face only . I guess they are not happy to work here …

No food available in the middle of the night! There was absolutely nothing available no hot food. What the point of being 24 hours? Do I have to ask and wait???? It’s called a convenience store for a reason.

This might really be the best 7-Eleven in New Jersey! Newly built in 2023, this big bright clean space offers about every drink you can imagine lol, also there's free parking in the back. I tried the coffee, totally reasonable and there's every kind of milk you might want also.The Patels persevered thru many delays to build a beautiful store, here's the story about their grand opening: morristowngreen.com/2023…

Super excited that they finally opened up a new 7-Eleven. There used to always be one in morristown right across the street from Dunkin but they opened up those new apartment complexes and it closed. So i’m very happy that there’s a new one basically in the same spot. Will be very convenient !
